Прекрасная природа и среднего уровня отель.

Плюсы: прекрасная природа и море, свой пляж и множество лежаков на территории. Большие номера, прекрасный вид на море. Минусы: 1. Громкая музыка до полуночи, которая мешает спать 2. При отъезде - счет на пользование минибаром, хотя ничего из него не брали, но доказать не смогли. 3. В новом корпусе нет сушилок для белья 4. Ленивый персонал в баре у маленького бассейна 5. Пять раз минимум обращались к служащим рецепции с просьбой убрать осинное гнездо с баскетбольной площадки, обещали, но за 8 дней нашего пребывания в отеле ничего не сделали, а мы так и не поиграли в баскетол 6. Когда приехали в отель, возле нашего корпуса жили двое очаровательных щенят, их подкармливали отдыхающие. На территории отеля есть зоопарк, где находится, в том числе, большая собачья будка. Через три дня после нашего приезда, на моих глазах щенят положили в коробку и куда то понесли. На вопрос ответили, что в зоопарк в другую часть отеля. С сыном хотели навестить щенят, но не нашли. Потом, совершенно случайно я их увидела на свалке у недостроенного дома. Может это происшествие и не имеет прямой связи с качеством отеля, но наверное, характеризует персонал. 7. На сайте указан прокат велосипедов и волейбол - этого нет!

Bug infested

I have reserved three nights at this Hotel "Rersort" during a business trip since the usual hotel I go to was completely booked. The room rurned out to be relatively small considering it is a 4 star and the bathroom incredibly small. The entrance door to my room looked more like an office door. The air conditioning automatically shut off removing the room key, this caused the room to get hot during the day. Getting back at night after dinner I found the room temperature to be higher than that outside. This attracted a large variety of insects inside the room. I passed the night killing centipeds and noticed from the walls of the room that I had not been the firs one. The couch pillows looked like they had been used to kill insects and therefore seemed very unclean, bed sheets where clean. After the first night I decided to check out and leave. The person at the reception after consulting with a responsable charged me for the Whole three days reservation. I told them that I was leaving because the conditions of the room where anacceptable but they told me that the money had been taken from the card and that there was no way of returning them because the reservation was non cancellable. I received no excuse for the room condition and was not proposed for any alternative rooms. I ended up leaving in any case and paying for another room in another hotel which cost half the price and was much better

Lage des Hotels o.k. Zimmer entsprich nicht dem Ge

Zimmerkategorien unter hotels.com entsprechen nicht den Kategorien vor Ort. Man ist ein bisschen unflexibel. Man bekommt somit nicht das reservierte Zimmer! Im "Haupthaus" gibt es aber sehr schoene grosse Zimmer. In der Bungalowanlage sind die Zimmer kleiner und sie sind direkt bei den Bars. Somit ist die Lautstärke am Abend zu laut. Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis passt nicht. Service wie vor 25 Jahren in Italien. Fruehstueck ist o.k. Man bemueht sich. Massage ist nicht zu empfehlen. Bucht sehr schoen, jedoch ist der Badebereich wie ein öffentliches Schwimmbad. Jeder kann sich einbuchen. Somit immer uebervoll. Wer ruhe sucht, ist falsch.
