Will not come back here again :(

Do not be fooled by the nice photos online. Very poor service & very bad location deep in small road. The hotel advertised free transport to MRT, turn out only one way on the way out, we struggled with finding a taxi to come back from the main road & waited 1hr for their tuktuk one rainny night because it was sent to a shop & cannot be reached by phone. Reception was unhelpful when asked to call for taxi or any kind of public transport to go out. We had complained about defective water heater in the shower, they sent someone to check & found out it was broken so I asked to be moved to another room and the reception wanted to charge me the cost of water heater while we only checked in a few hrs ago & hadn't used it. The bed was super hard. I felt like I slept on concrete floor. To top it all.off, at checked out I remembered I left a bag of goodies on the first room as we've been moved, so I asked for lost n.found just to.find out the house keeper ate my goodies & it never been reported as lost & found. They claimed no.one asked for it after 2 days so they ate it. Sooo unprofessional. I.Will never come.back here ever again & I will.not recommend this hotel.to.anyone.

Accettabile per un paio di notti

Hotel decente, niente di particolare, ma okay per un paio di notti. La camera è spaziosa, anche se diversa da quella che avevo riservato (no divano). La prima notte è stata terribile perché il materasso era durissimo, era come dormire sul pavimento. La mattina abbiamo comunicato il problema alla receptionist e lei con molta gentilezza e disponibilità ha provato a risolvere il problema facendo mettere uno spessore sul materasso per ammorbidirlo (5 stelle per la gentilezza dello staff). Il bagno non è grande ma ben strutturato che lo rende molto funzionale. Nulla da dire a riguardo. Anche la pulizia era buona. Un po meno l’aria condizionata che non si riesce bene a regolare. Sia che è impostato a 18 sia a 25 non cambia la temperatura, ed è diretta sul letto mentre dormi. Altra cosa, quando esci dall’ascensore all’ottavo piano, ti trovi davanti valigie, scatole, scarpe. Tutto nel corridoio. Sembra di essere in un cantiere

Tragisk innsjekking,liten kunnskap og service vilje på den i resepsjonen. Dårlig renhold og vedlikehold på rommet. Mye maur på rommet. I tillegg lå d langt fra allfarvei,måtte gå 1 km for å ha et håp om å finne taxi. Sjekket ut av hotellet 1 døgn før jeg skulle,og fant et mye bedre hotell.

This hotel was so good for me. It was clean and comfortable and cheap. I thought it had value to stay although it was far from center of Bangkok.

Comfy hotel with fair price

The hotel overall is great except it's quite far from restaurants, or shopping mall, or even just 7-11. Price is fair, room is neat, staff are friendly, great sense of country side if living there.

地下鉄の駅から徒歩15分。　周辺にはコンビニやマーケットも多い。　街の喧騒からは距離をおいています。　新築なのでとても清潔でキレイです。　北向きの６階の部屋でしたが、視界がひらけていて離れた高層ビル群が望めました。　荷物を持って移動出来る距離ではないので、しばしばタクシーを呼ぶ事になると思います。　それを考えても安いと思います。　自転車のレンタルもあるようです。

Too far off the beaten track

It was fine...but it's in the middle of nowhere...got an Uber everday...quite expensive as traffic to get to and from Q space normally not great any time morning lunchtime arvo night...bad bad traffic. Nice thai lady at reception...nothing much close to Q Space...in the wop wops...in the middle of nowhere
