客室は内装もリニューアルされて清潔でしたが、下記の改善を希望します。 (1)セーフティボックスがない。 (2)事前にメイルでランドリーサービスがあることを確認していたのに、当日のフロントの方に聞くと、自分で近所のコインランドリーでやってくれと言われた。「ランドリーサービスなし、近所にコインランドリーあり」に変更すべき。 (3)TVは1チャンネルしか見れなかった。いろいろ試したがマニュアルもなかったので他の番組を観ることができなかった。

地下鉄、タイ国鉄のターミナル駅から近く、鉄道旅には便利なロケーション。近くにはコンビニもあり便利ではあるが、冷蔵庫もポットもなくやや不便さもあった。

One night in Bangkok

We picked this hotel because it is 5 minutes walk to the Thai Main Railway Hua Lumphong station using the subway underground system from the Rama 4 road to the train. The room was very small, but it serves our purpose for 1 night only. I would not recommend for more than a night. It was clean but no refridgerator. Breakfast was free but it was brought to us each a cold plate of fried rice. The price was $36/night. I have had better hotel for the price during this pandamic of the Covid 19. Stay here for next day walk to the Railway staion.

Our room was on the 1st floor (no view) and the A/C was not set up properly, but the manager was friendly and helpful, so that was fixed right away. Very small room (was good for our purposes, but if you have big luggage, it might be a problem since there isn't much room to move around; also, no closets/just hangers on the wall). Great location, right next to the MRT Hualamphong station entrance. Breakfast could be better/more varied, but overall - satisfactory experience. Very good option for budget travelers.

Room is okay, clean and simple. Can hear sounds from hallway and flush toilet from other room. Location is super convenient, near to MRT station, train station and china town.

Good hotel central location

Hotel is decent. Clean and friendly staff and very close to Hua Lamphong Metro Station exit 1 then left 20 meters or so. Breakfast is very limited but there is tea and coffee so again good value for money. Rooms are a bit small but if you are alone like me it should do! All in all happy experience.

혼자 1박을 위해 묵음. 가격대비 가성비 좋은 편. 훨람퐁역 바로 앞이어서 지하철 이용이 용이. 다만 타월이 너무 낡고 축축했으며, 타일 바닥이 끈적였음

小綺麗で便利なホテル

駅からとても近く、便利です。 ホテルの受付の方もとても親切でした。 地下鉄駅と国鉄駅がどちらもすぐ近くなのでバンコク市内、郊外共に巡りやすかったです。 夜も静かでしたし、毎日清掃して頂けるので部屋も綺麗でした。 シャワーは湯量が十分ではありませんが使えるのでまぁ良いかなと思いました。 朝食もパンかお粥の二択＋何種類かあるドリンクが頂けます。それだと寂しいと思う方は近所にコンビにも数件ありますし、国鉄の駅に行けばパン屋や小さいけど食堂等もあるので困らないかと思います。 凄く豪華だったり広い部屋ではありませんが、普通に泊まってゆっくり休めればいいならば十分だと思います。（日本で言うところのビジネスホテルやシティーホテルを想像すればいいかと）

チェックイン時に預けたパスポートが返ってこず、そのことを忘れててしこたま荷物を探してしまいました。 部屋まで来てひとこと侘びを入れる気持ちが欲しかったです。これがマイナス点。 ただ、チェックアウト時のフロントの方は、私のその日の行き先を知るやこちらが予定していたより便利な最寄駅を親切に教示してくださり、笑顔もとても素敵でした。 料金の安さから考えると、物品的な不備は仕方ないようには思いますが、簡易なスリッパはあった方がいいですし、備え付けタオルのジメッと感は何とかした方がいいと思われます。 あと、スタッフＴシャツを着た若者はアルバイトかもしれないけど、もう少しプロ意識をもって仕事に臨まないと、同価格帯の競争相手に宿泊客は取られていそうなきがします。 批判的なことも述べましたが、次回、バンコクに赴くときは、やはりこちらメトロホテルに宿泊すると思います。
