However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange. "

"Staff was excellent and the hotel was good for the price until there was some small roaches in my room. They don’t keep the American standard size for washcloths. You either get a medium size towel or a very large towel. The hotel just needs a little remodeling."
