The property is walking distance to Shelly beach. Great overall spot to stay. Since the place does have a kitchen the supermarkets does require a drive back into Ballina city center which is about 5-10mins away.

Apartment itself was perfect. Had everything we needed, very spacious and clean. Washer, dryer, clothes airer were very handy for beach days. The most beautiful beach and running track are a short walk down the hill. Only little issue was the pool was quite dirty, but we still jumped in for a bit. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Good size premises, great living area, good size kitchen with all needed utensils. Bed was just a queen but quite firm and comfortable. Good size shower with good water pressure. Did have an issue with the TV not having a power cord, but the staff were able to rectify immediately. No foxtel as advertised, however not a huge issue. The inside shutter and flyscreen were very hard to move on the main entrance (staff notified), made entry, exit and privacy difficult. Stairs going to underground carpark narrow and when covered in wet leave quite treacherous, watch your step. Premises was lovely and quiet and the area was beautiful with a view of the water. Overall would recommend this location.

Great place to stay

The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved: 1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance. 2) we found three live cockroaches during our stay. Perhaps some pest control would help. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Clean well appointed suite. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view on the 5th floor. Cannot beat the view!! The facilities are getting older however it’s well kept up and very clean.

I needed a 2 b.r. apartment to accommodate my handicapped son for a short stay. Grandview had all that we could wish for. Very clean, large rooms, lots of natural light, fully equipped, under cover parking, swimming pool and a view to top it all off.
