Great variety of food, however, not the best quality. The toilets near the restaurant were smelling terribly - please keep those clean! Other than that, everything was great!

Small rooms, nothing special for the rest.

Tiny rooms with barely any space for anything. The bathrooms were worn down. The hotel surroundings are great, plenty of green space and things to do. The hotel car park fits about 10 cars total and is always full, anyone else is sent to park where they can (find your own spot) - mostly the nearby woods but the hotel still charges 10lv per day for car park!? The pools are OK, the food is OK, the beer and wine are heavily watered down. The entertainment is good, the staff behind the bars weren't friendly at all, the staff in the restaurant were ok.

We went in mid May and the property in main building was a little dated we also looked at the new section attached to the main restraunt and it was very modern. The food was good with choice but it is same sort of choice daily that there was always something different. The pool area was nice and the water was cold which was great on sunny days though you may want to choose the indoor pool on cloudy days. Our kids loved it in both pools !! The aqua park is not open at this time of year and I'll guess it opens early June which is not part of any review that I can see. Albena is generally shut at this time of year with only a few places open to eat and grab a drink. The beach is lovely and mainly clean There is not a great deal to do in the resort without venturing further but in the summer I'm sure all the pools and beach are sufficient

Albena uden for sæsonen - er uden for alting

Renhed og hotellets standard er ok, men jeg vil ikke anbefale at man tager derhen uden for sæsonen, og det viste det sig at påsken var, selv om den faldt sent i år. Hvis man kan lide all inclusive, var maden ok, og vin og visse af retterne var ganske gode. Men det var et hotel med en del swimming pools, som alle var tomme, bort set fra et indendørs, der var opvarmet, hvilket var klogt, for uden for var der 12 grader og regn meget af tiden, men det var ubemandet og hverken sauna eller nogen af de mange andre tilbud, de reklamerede med, var åbne. Der var ingen restauranter, forretninger eller aktiviteter i det store hotelområde, som Albena er, der var åbne, bussen til Varna gik ikke på dette tidspunkt af året, bussen til den lille by, Balchik, ca. 10 km væk, gik 4 gange pr. dag. Personalet virkede lidt som om de fortrød, de havde åbnet hotellet, og det gjorde vi også efter 7 dage ved en regnfuld strand.
