Very Good

We loved our stay at Hotel Grande. It has a dedicated parking garage for guests (two-level basement) as well as an elevator for ease of transporting luggages.
Breakfast buffet is tasty and has a very good mix of Filipino (danggit, ube-flavored ensaymada, etc) and International food.
The staff do seem to be more aloof than most of the staff at other Philippine hotels we've stayed at - they're not the type to jump up and greet you every single time they see you - which is good because it made for our interactions to feel more genuine.
Internet connection is secured and fast. TV has great options. Our room was spacious, and clean. We hear guests from the hallway but not once they've entered their room. Bathroom's also kept very clean and stocked, there is hot water and water pressure is great.
Very good hotel hotel with excellent service. Great views and quiet. A little bit isolated but Grab is easily available. The cafe is a very good place to eat with very wide food choices. Halo halo is great.
Definitely on my list when I am in Baguio
Such a cozy place. My kids loved it especially the view from our room and from the veranda. The breakfast buffet is superb. Will definitely choose this hotel again

Over all the staff was great & friendly except there’s a cockroaches inside the bathroom during night time..
New hotel with excellent restaurant food. The breakfast had Chinese dim sum and regular breakfast choices. The only downside was that there were no sockets at bedside table. But overall highly recommend Ed.
The hotel's location is the main reason I stay here and it's very clean. The staff responded promptly to my request for service. The room doesn't have enough towel bars and not enough ventilation if you just want fresh air.
The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable. The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.
Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well.
Big room, very clean and new, bathroom was big and clean as well. Staff very accommodating and quick to assist and provide all requests. Allowed us to bring bike into the room. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, only needs better coffee and less sugary drinks.

Grande. That’s how I described my stay
I like the peacefulness of the place, safe and clean. Staff are friendly . How I wished I have more choices when it comes to breakfast like bread and cereals and milk. Overall, I am satisfied.
Pros: Room are clean, aircon are good (which I prefer), and , the bathroom are fabulous and, the service is also excellent!
Cons: Room lacks veranda to let the cool air comes in, the food needs to include more choices.
Overall we enjoyed our stay!
Would have wanted a refrigerator in the room. Would have preferred to have outlets at the bedside. Wished the windows could be opened or better yet a patio. The breakfast buffet was adequate.
Would have wanted to experience the dinner buffet.
However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
We experienced an unparalleled luxury at Hotel Grande which is one of the newest hotels in Baguio City, where the hotel dedicated staff exceeds our expectations every step of the way. From seamless check-in to hassle-free check-out. Our rooms embody the perfect blend of comfort and functionality, boasting bright lighting, high-quality bedding and mattresses, and cutting-edge smart technology. They have a diverse range of dining options, catering to every craving - from all-day buffets to delectable international cuisines. While an in-house laundry service would be a welcome addition in the future, we think Hotel Grande deserves a prestigious 4 -5 star hotel rating.
The Hotel is chic and contemporary. The room is a clean, comfortable bed and the facilities are simple but efficient. Air conditioning is definitely a plus, especially in the summer. The Staff are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Parking is a big plus, breakfast is decent and enough.
Constructive criticisms: would be great if the light switch were located on the bedside, the hot water shower is not hot enough, and the Lift smells like Durian. The Staff at the Japanese restaurant needs to be trained in terms of knowing the dishes ie: ingredients, and how it's cooked. Nevertheless, the hotel is 5 stars in our opinion. Love the hotel.

Need to request high floor with a view. Pluses are friendly staff and the room is relatively new and clean. Minuses are no phone in room. For foreigners without Viber app, difficult to request anything from front desk — need to go downstairs everytime. Very hard to catch a taxi since the location is a bit remote. House keeping didn’t clean our room. They did apologize and brought towels and amenities when we told them.

Weekend retreat
The positives for this hotel were the very friendly and helpful staff, on site parking and outside the immediate city so avoiding the pollution.
The pool is too shallow to swim and really is just for children. The breakfast, understandably , is geared to Asian people so very limited. Sad no fruit juices or a wider choice. It was also strange that at the weekend breakfast was served on the 8th floor with a buffet selection. Come Monday no buffet and a very limited choice served on the ground floor. Old scaffolding also still up outside our room window which from the rust suggests it’s been there since the hotel was built. Some simple changes to the hotel would make a big difference

This hotel is okay overall—the staff are nice and the buffets are decent. However, for the price per night, I don’t think it offers good value for money.
The interior design feels all over the place, as if it’s trying to look upscale but ends up looking cheap instead. Unfortunately, that carries through to the rooms. I was disappointed to find that there’s no in-room telephone and no TV subscriptions. If you need to contact the front desk, you have to use your own phone. There’s also no gym. For the rate they’re charging, these omissions are hard to overlook and make the lack of thoughtful planning even more apparent.
Small details add to the frustration—some of the room tiles don’t even have proper grouting, and soundproofing is poor. You can clearly hear guests in the hallway and even inside neighboring rooms, especially when they’re being rowdy.
Honestly, many of these issues would have been easier to forgive if the price weren’t so high. Charging at least 7,800 per night feels excessive given what’s provided. There are nearby hotels that cost slightly less yet offer more amenities and a more polished, luxurious feel. I only chose this one because it looked decent in the photos and was one of the few available in the area—but in reality, it didn’t live up to the price tag.
1.28.2026, Our stay at the Hotel Grande in the City of Baguio, Philippines was exceptional. The outside appearance of Hotel Grande has a modern look and located near Camp John Hay. Hotel Grande rooms are modern and very clean. Hotel Grande guest rooms also come with a modern-day HVAC system mounted on the wall. The rooms are very quiet inside compared to other hotels. The hotel staff are very helpful and will meet your expectations. The hotel includes free buffet breakfast which was located on the top eighth floor looking out over Baguio. This restaurant on the eighth floor serves both breakfast and dinner. The dinner buffet is good if you want to eat in and pay out of pocket. You can also invite guest to eat with you at any of these restaurants. On the second floor of the Hotel Grande is a Japanese Restaurant that serves great Japanese food. The first-floor restaurant has pastries, coffee and restaurant. Hotel Grande also has a nice Asian style lunch buffet. On the fifth floor the hotel has a patio bar outside which is open during the afternoon. Transportation isn’t a problem because local taxi’s come by the hotel every 10 minutes and will take you anywhere in the City of Baguio for a reasonable price. Hotel Grande also offers conference rooms for business meetings. We stayed twice at the Hotel Grande in January 2026. We love this hotel and look forward to returning during our next visit to Baguio.
