I find Eurotel seems to be understaffed.. thus cleanliness may be compromised in some ways
Shout out to ms. Nicole.. the lone incharge of breakfast buffet... She orks diligently and with a smile
Not walking friendly. Even if you have your own car, the parking space is very limited.
The room is very small, showing its age and screaming badly for renovation.

Average.
Specific concern on (1) no dial tone of phone. From 5th floor going to ground floor to order. Was advised to use the hotel mobile phone number instead.
(2) TV cannot turn-on and service guy turned it on not using the remote. Cannot turn off afterwards, left a white screen that we need to cover the tv with a shawl as it is too bright for our comfort to sleep.
Liked the buffet breakfast although the menu have not much variety but it is acceptable for us.
Some parts of the bathroom aren’t well-maintained. Rooms aren’t noise-proofed, we can hear the cars outside, the other rooms and the hallway. It’s kinda hard to sleep. There were 3 of us but the toiletries provided is just for 2 guests. The room service isn’t proactive we had to ask for it. Sometimes, even if we asked… they still dont come to pick up the plates. Staff service’s is meh like for example wrong order delivered, 1 of us asked for coffee and were given tea, we were done eating when the coffee was delivered. they dont give out free water bottles each day btw, it’s just the first day. Even after room service no new toiletries refill. These are comparisons from my exp w/ other 3 star hotels.

Under renovation
The hotel is under renovation, and the rooms definitely need it. Especially the bathrooms. The front desk staff was very helpfully, but i wouldn't stay here until the renovations are completed.
Mold on the wall next to the bed.
Mold around the bath tub.
No ice available.
Kitchen closed at 5 pm.
No noise reduction, had the “pleasure” listening to our neighbors conversation.
We have stayed at other Eurotel, but one you should not book!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The place is already accessible to multiple restaurants and walking distance to the baguio market, night market and burnham park. The experience was really great. The only was that the bidet in my parent's room wasn't working okay had low water pressure. I also requested for a connecting room but I guess the place was overly booked since it was peak season. We were not able to use the safe since the wires were disconnected. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. We are definitely coming back.
Property needs maintenance , wifi poor in some areas , but the staff upgraded us

I’ve been here before and I was a little happy about it but when I came back this time, I was disappointed with my room, sheets were dirty and feeling itchy. The toilet bowl was noisy because of the continuous flush.
Very attentive staff but the food offerings at the breakfast buffet was awful ! The Head Chef needs to examine his head or best be fired for total lack of taste and imagination!
