"Breakfast was very disappointing. I arrived at 8:45, but everything was gone. No bread, no crossaints or pastry, no cheese, no bacon. I was told to wait 20 minutes, but left hungry. It was if a bus load of people had taken every fresh item. The coffee was cold and weak, when I left others were offered fresh tea and coffee, I had to get my coffee elsewhere. The rooms where noisy, you can hear guests in next room and lobby echos. Best to avoid. "

"Clean always my priority. The attached restaurant is good and a reasonable price. Also the cold breakfast buffet at $5 is definitely worth it. I think the building is older as the room was small and the bathroom is tiny but it is functional and again clean. The lady that checked me in was nice and had info for me. Check out was efficient. Free onsite parking which can be a challenge at some locations so that was good. Overall a good value "

"We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "
