Good in general. We arrived towards 17.30, wanted to reach the parking which was closed with a bar, phoned the hotel but nobody answered. Nobody was at the reception, anyway there was a self check-in desk. The street nearby the hotel had free parking places. At 18.30 there was a helpful lady at the reception who advised us a good restaurant.

Gutes Frühstück mit grosser und frischer Auswahl. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer im 4. Stock, gute Aussicht, leider hört Vorhang auf Höhe Liegefläche auf, so dass man am Morgen durch Licht geweckt wird-für Frühaufsteher kein Problem;-). Grosser Balkon, Safe, schönes, neueres Bad als in anderen Zimmern. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt (scheinbar für länger) und es gab die Info dazu erst bei Ankunft im Hotel, mit einem Gutschein für einen Willkommensdrink. Ich hätte voraus eine Mail dazu erwartet, damit man allenfalls hätte kulant stornieren können, falls nur Zimmer in oberen Stockwerken möglich (viele ältere Leute, auch mit Atemproblemen, da Solebad von Bad Dürrheim hilfreich). Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Parkplatz wie immer bisher inklusive und problemlos zu benutzen.

Hotel nicht ganz taufrisch, aber ich fühle mich trotzdem wohl dort. So hat es zum Beispiel keine USB-Anschlüsse, keinen Safe, keine Minibar im Zimmer. Steckdosen vorhanden, Heizkörper im Bad so weit oben, dass ich die Temperatur gar nicht ein-/verstellen kann. Einzelzimmer zwar mit Balkon, aber vorwiegend hinten raus, keine Parksicht. Frühstück gefällt mir gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplatz tiptop. Leider soll das Hotel bald nicht mehr Sure Best Western sein…
