First of all: Dear future guests. We want you to feel good all around. But this is only guaranteed if we can communicate. Therefore you understand that we only accept guests who speak German or Spanish. We have just finished our second dream house for you to rent. (Dec 2019) Allow us a hint: We attach great importance to the fact that our guests feel comfortable around, that requires that you can also communicate. Unfortunately we only speak German and a little Spanish. Therefore, we only accept guests from German-speaking countries or Spaniards. Please understand this. The house has two bedrooms including two bathrooms, a very large living-kitchen area, a large covered terrace including a guest toilet and a sun terrace. The pool is 10 meters away. The house stands on a hill with a great distant view of the Algarve. Everything you need to have a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday is available.

Wir wurden herzlich von Erich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde alles sofort erklärt. Das kleine Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einem wunderschönen Blick. Trotz Klimaanlage ist das Haus recht kühl, die Bäder sind modern und auf dem Anwesen ist alles sehr gepflegt. Der Pool reicht für eine Erfrischung aus und ist sehr sauber. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der für spontane Einkäufe vollkommen ausreicht. Wir können die Häuschen vom Vermieter absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn Portugal/ Spanien in die Urlaubsplanung kommt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr schöne Ferienhäuser auf einem sehr schönen Gelände.Jedes der drei Ferienhäuser hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Super nette Gastgeber. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt um entweder die spanische Küste oder entlang der portugiesischen Küste die schönen Orte der Algarve zu erkunden. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken.

Drei Wochen in schöner Atmosphäre

Wir trafen eine sehr schöne und von der gesamten Bausubstanz komfortable, ruhig gelegene und sehr saubere Wohnung an, die mit allem ausgestattet war, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Gastgeber Erich und Saini waren äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ihre ausführlichen Besichtigungstipps sowie Restaurantempfehlungen konnten wir gut gebrauchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Achtung Baustelle direkt am Objekt (10m), Baulärm (Betonmischer, Sägen, Bohren, Hämmern, Musik) von spätestens ab 9.00 Uhr bis 15.30 Uhr. Staubbelastung und Abgase von anliefernden Fahrzeugen mit Kran. Das Objekt selber, ist für einen angenehmen Urlaub sehr gut geeignet. Alles sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Ohne Baustelle also eine wirklich gute Empfehlung. Leider war auf der Internetseite kein Hinweise auf die Baustelle, dann hätten wir das Objekt nicht gebucht.

Der Aufenthalt war richtig gut. Die Gastgeber super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war top. Und der Ausblick… Mama mia! Super viele Strände in der Umgebung, auch in Portugal. Urlaub mit Kindern hier sehr zu empfehlen!

La casa pertenece a un conjunto de tres casas en un recinto cerrado que comparten la piscina. Tranquilidad total y buena ubicación para moverte por la zona. La casa es perfecta, no le falta detalle. Los dueños atentos y serviciales.

Wirklich Traumhaft schön!!!

Sicher der beste Ort in Ayamonte! Wer gerne ein bisschen in Portugal und auch in Spanien seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig! Der Ort liegt strategisch gut, dass man sich unkompliziert entscheiden kann. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und sehr gut gepflegte. Am besten sind die Gastgeber Saini und Erich. So freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Grund für einen zweiten Besuch! Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Ein Traum

Die Gastgeber dieser Unterkunft sind sehr Gastfreundlich und kümmern sich gut und die Objekte. Sie Empfehlen super Reiseziele für einen Tagesausflug und geben allgemeine Infos von guten Restaurants bis was alles in der Umgebung gerade so ansteht an Anlässen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es steht einem sogar eine Waschmaschine zuferfügung. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Traumhaus und Traumlage

Wir waren zu zweit 1 Woche Ende Mai dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und man hat eine tollen Blick. Liegestühle vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Erich und seiner Frau war sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Von uns 10 Sterne für Saini und Erich

Was für eine wunderschöne Anlage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles hat gestimmt und die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine grosse Wohnküche und zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenen Bad bieten viel Platz. Das Haus liegt etwas erhöht und man geniesst eine tolle Aussicht. 3 gleich ausgestattete Häuser teilen sich den herrlichen Pool mit einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Wir konnten Mitte März schon baden und die herrliche Blumenpracht geniessen. Ein Auto ist allerdings notwendig für viele interessante Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung und an die Algarve. Saini und Erich sind herzliche, wunderbare und aufgestellte Gastgeber und können dir viele Typs für Ausflüge geben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und sind höchst ungern abgereist. Wir kommen wieder und können jedem nur empfehlen diese Gegend zu erkunden und sich bei Saini und Erich einzuquartieren. Wir spielen zwar kein Golf aber auch diese kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten es gibt mehrere Golfplätze in der unmittelbaren Gegend. Wir danken dir Saini und Erich für die vielen schönen Momente mit euch und senden euch unser Lächeln 😊 (speziell Andi mit seinen neuen Zähnen) und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. DANKE!!!!

El Alojamiento es de construcción moderna y no le falta detalle, Espacios en la casa muy amplios. La piscina es un plus, y la tranquilidad, y el buen aislamiento de la casa la hacen ideal para verano e invierno. Sitio muy tranquilo y agradable. Recomendable para conocer la zona y terminar el dia con un baño mirando el Guadiana. Eso no tiene precio.. El trato genial con los gestores del alquiler. Te comunicas con ellos por Gmail y sin problemas. Muy contento.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich persönlich vom Eigentümer Hern Kochmann empfangen, obwohl wir erst um 3 Uhr morgens anreisten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und neu, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über den Fluss bis nach Portugal. Die Lage ist erstklassig, sehr ruhig, nahe eines 18 Loch Golfplatzes und ca. 20 Minuten mit dem PKW von den Stränden in Ayamonte und Portugal entfernt. Wir hoffen sehr bald wieder bei Kochmanns zu Gast sein zu dürfen.

Decepcion

La casa está muy nueva, pero en el anuncio se da a entender que la piscina y la casa son privadas y la realidad es que corresponde a un grupo de 3 casas sin separación física y con la piscina compartida . No es posible ver tv españolas dado que solo tienen tv satélite con canales de todo el mundo menos de España. El wifi es muy mejorable dado que de un Router/ conexión alimenta a las 3 casas por lo que si se conectan las 2 primeras, la otra se queda sin ancho de banda. Por último malas formas a la hora de hacer el check out con prisas y debido a la mala comunicación en castellano e inglés impreciso todo. Mucho que mejorar y sobre todo poner información clara y precisa de lo que se alquila.
