The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it.
Slightly dated hotel and rooms. The pool area with slides was the highlight of our trip. The price of the breakfast at £25 pp seemed stiff for the quality of the food.
A beautiful resort with great staff looking after you and well presented facilities.

Like other reviewers have said, this hotel could do with some serious love and refurbishments but otherwise it’s a perfectly nice place to stay.
Beds were comfy. And kids loved the pool and playground.
The hotel itself looks a little like a prison but if you can get past that then it’s fine. Fire alarm went off one day when I was battling a migraine and ended up being a false alarm which was a bit annoying.
They also don’t offer daily room servicing unless you ask and even then they only dump clean towels in your room.

Everything from check in to check out was fantastic room was amazing breakfast so good & so much choice will definitely be back
Room was spacious and bed super comfy, bathroom was a bit dated but the shower was decent and the elemis shampoo/shower gel smelt amazing!
Pool was a good size! Sauna was nice and hot, beware of the steam room it was burning!! It has a spa pool and not a jacuzzi so don't expect bubbles!!
Electric chargers weren't working at our hotel but we managed to use the chargers behind the other hotel
Overall a good stay and good location for town centre
Stayed for the weekend with the family (2 adults & 2 kids aged 8 & 6). Room was a good size and clean. Great amenities on site - playpark, cinema, swimming pool, soft play & amazing pizza at the resort's Italian restaurant.
The hotel is close to shopping, public transportation, and many sights in the Cairgorm National Park. Dinner options are available to guests with reservations, and the room was as advertised.
We were on a long drive home from the North Coast to Edinburgh and decided late to give up and spend the night in Aviemore. This was perfect, lovely hotel, great service, excellent filling breakfast included. And perfect location for heading up to the Cairngorm Mountain Railway the next day.
We stayed for a couple of nights for a family getaway. The hotel was really nice, well maintained and needs we're comfy. Breakfast was good. The pool was a little smaller than expected and not very warm, but our 2 year old loved it
Quiet and relaxing place. Lots of activities for kids and adults

Excellent location, liked the concept with plenty of options for dining across the resort and good was good. Resort had good leisure facilities, shared with all accommodation within the complex. Location is ideal for families. Property consistent with type of hotel and age. Beds were very comfortable. Staff pleasant.

Not a four star!
Hotel is dated and run down. The room had a musty smell. Breakfast buffet is awful. Staff were friendly
“Booked this hotel expecting a high-quality stay based on the price and facilities advertised, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We paid £144 for one night and the hotel felt very run down, dated, and in need of major refurbishment. The room and overall property did not feel worth the money at all.
We specifically chose this hotel because of the leisure centre, gym, sauna and spa facilities, but even those were underwhelming and disappointing compared to what we expected from a hotel in this price range. There are far more modern hotels nearby for cheaper prices that offer a much better overall experience.
The staff were genuinely lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was the only real positive. You could tell they were doing their best. However, great staff alone cannot make up for how tired and neglected the hotel feels overall.
For the price paid, I expected comfort, quality and a more modern environment. Instead, it felt old-fashioned, worn out and overpriced. Sadly, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it unless the hotel undergoes significant improvements and refurbishment.”
