Precisa de revitalização urgente!!

A estrutura externa do hotel, bem como o café da manhã, são muito bons, porém a estrutura dos quartos está extremamente antiga, uma pintura já traria uma renovação mínima. Além disso, as camas são muito duras, os travesseiros finos e a roupa de cama encardida.

Fomos várias vezes e, dessa última vez, descobrimos que a piscina aquecida foi desativada. Sempre íamos por causa dela… uma pena que não funciona mais e era o diferencial dos outros hotéis.

O hotel, em si, é bom, mas o quarto e banheiro poderiam passar por renovações. O frigobar estava em um móvel claramente antigo, quase caindo para o lado.

A estadia foi boa. A estrutura do hotel é bem legal, boa área de lazer, restaurantes dentro do complexo e bom serviço. A principal questão foi a limpeza. Tinha barata morta no quarto, assim como embaixo da mesa, cadeira e das camas havia muita poeira, cabelos etc.

Achei que esse hotel esta um pouco abandonado, a piscina termica, nao esta funcionando, o banheiro alagou tudo, me trocaram de quarto, ai o ar condicionado nao funcionava, muito calor! Enfim, esta bem abandonado.

Sem toboagua, sem piscina aquecida, sem luz na quadra de tennis, sem giz na mesa de bilhar para os tacos. Não foi o que eu esperava ao retornar ao hotel com minha familia.
