My hot air balloon flight was canceled, but he went above and beyond to help me get another one, which made my trip unforgettable. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home."
