We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Every detail was thought of — from the cozy furnishings to the little extras that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hospitality was excellent. Luey was not only amazing cook but demonstrated Southern hospitality that was incomparable. The house and grounds were absolutely gorgeous! Would love to be able stay again sooner rather than later.

Best B&B we’ve ever stayed in !!!

The Plantation House, is all you could ever want in a Boutique B&B. Style, comfort, unique building, in its own grounds. Lovely pool area with all the usual features. Our room was beautiful decorated, which had two bedrooms adjoined by a lovely bathroom with complementary shower gel to bath salts. Louey & Morris are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast we had was excellent first time any of us had had German pancakes, freshly made while Louey chatted away from the kitchen. The next time we are in the Austin area we will definitely be staying at their wonderful home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. Keith, Carole, Lydia and Jack

Wonderful property and hosts

Nothing but praise for this place. Luey and Norris are running a wonderful operation - their property strikes the perfect balance between luxury and homeliness. The house and the guest rooms are beautiful. We stayed just one night with our 18-month-old, and they could not have been more accommodating. Would love to have stayed longer and will now have to find a reason to return!

My family and I rented a room and the loft at this property for my husband's birthday celebration and we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. It is centrally located and the place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant and truly loved her amazing hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and she asked us in advance of any known allergies which I truly appreciate. If you are looking for a quick get away or girl bonding time, I would highly recommend the Plantation House Boutique Inn. Can't wait to go back!!

Little Slice of Texas Heaven

A wonderful and enjoyable experience we had at the Plantation House. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. The house was in great condition with everything being so well thought out and a great experience for the guests. All the decorations and rooms were truly top notch. The host Luey was amazing and was so welcoming and cooked amazing meals each day. I will truly miss the pleasant conversations and wonderful meals she made each morning. We will be sure to stay here again on our next trip to Texas!

This is going to be one of those "I wish I could leave 10 stars" reviews - - we needed a place to stay for the solar eclipse, and we chose this one. PERFECT choice. I would stay here again, zero questions asked. Luey and Norris are marvelous! We stayed in the third floor (The Cole) which was beautifully decorated and appointed. The morning breakfasts were terrific, and the hosts were genuinely warm and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to ANY friend or family member. Terrific!

Luey and Norris (aka the Cowboy Innkeeper) are so sweet and charming. We felt right at home. Having Luey making breakfast while talking and laughing was so heartwarming and the food was incredible. The room we had was wonderful and unbelievably clean. We will be back for sure!
