I've stayed had multi-day stays multiple times at this hotel. Vanessa at the front desk is friendly and so accommodating. The room is always clean with all the amenities one would expect at any hotel. TheyI'm so pleased I found this gem of a hotel.

We had a long day of driving and wanted to stop for the night. We decided to stay at Rodeway and it was a good experience. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it provided us with a good night's sleep! I would recommend this hotel for travellers.

A Great Place!

Well, the receptionist was very friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel. With health issues, a ground floor room is very important. I will stay there again on my return trip!

The room was clean and neat and the motel was at the top of the offramp right in I-90. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

A good economical option

We had a quick trip planned to Austin, and found ourselves scrambling for a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank. We wound up here and we'll be back. While it is certainly not fancy, our room was clean and comfortable, we had great service and it met our needs.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Do NOT book this nasty motel.

This is hands down the WORST place I've EVER stayed in my entire life. Our family of 3 was in town for a mtn bike race. Do NOT stay here under any circumstances!!! The woman who works there was drunk or high, she insulted every person checking in saying (she was also completely missing for a long time, and the only employee there). The bed smelled like pee. It's FILTHY. We didn't have enough towels. I asked for an extra blanket and was told no. An elderly couple tried to check in late at night (they had a reservation) and she called the police on them (saying they were aggressive, which was untrue). I can't believe this place would still employ her and stay in business. Not a single aspect of the stay/interactions here was easy, pleasant, or remotely professional. Hotels.com shouldn't have a partnership with this place. Beyond terrible.

Terrible customer relations

I made this booking on accident, when I tried to cancel just minutes after the reservation I was told I'd have to wait, and there was more than likely nothing that would be done. I understand it's a hassle and would have happily paid a fee for the cancellation because it was my screw up, but being told I cannot cancel and I'm just out 70$ I feel is absolutely ridiculous.

The motel was a pet friendly motel which is not a problem if the carpet etc. is cleaned to prevent allergic relations. The carpet was not. The motel amenities listed laundry which was not available. The concrete entry plus the step into the room were too high for safe entry by people of all ages.
