You should have offered a discount when you knew your cable service was down. Also, either fill your vending machines, put up a notice that they are “out of order”, or return the money your customers lose in the machine. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, and breakfast area, and the updates you have made.

It was a decent stay for the price. The breakfast was decent for continental. They had biscuits and gravy which was good and waffles in the fridge you could toast. Hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Orange juice didn't work but they had apple juice too.

Customer service was very good. I went to Minnesota because I went to say good bye to my father whom is in Hospice. This hotel made my visit very comfortable. Thank you for the friendly hospitality.

Perfect place to stay

Rooms were clean, and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but no complaints. Staff were nice. Had Directv which was nice, as local cable can be pretty hit and miss.
