"Maintenance on the facility was a little bit lacking. We've stayed there twice recently. The first time, the electronic blinds in the room were completely non functional. The second time, they were function but a very complicated control system that was not intuitive and there were no instructions on how to use them. The door lock to the bathroom was broken, but they did have maintenance fix that right away. Also the air conditioning vent in the hallway was making a low, irritating noise."
