it was a nice stay it’s nice and quiet the staff are nice and polite i love the dogs soap in the bathroom every was nice and clean no complaints
Room was clean, fridge worked but the 2 pillows were super thin and the cover was thin...i hate habing to bting my own pillows and comforter to a hotel a paid
Customs service is great from front desk staff to maintenance who fixed my A/C and refrigerator not getting cold issues within 24 hours of reporting it. Beds are comfortable and room has an inviting and home away form home feel.
Carol and Courtney, the manager and assistant manager are amazing! The other girls and guys that work there are so accommodating and so friendly and professional. I’ll stay here every time I come to Augusta!
The staff here at woodsprings suites are very friendly and caring. The staff here are known to step out their job description to be there and listen if someone just needs to talk.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks where to stay here in Augusta GA
The manager of the hotel is a very nice lady, and her employees are very nice and courteous too. Courtney at the front desk was especially accommodating, and I made sure to mention to her that I was going to mention her by name because she was so amazing! I love this hotel it’s the only place I’m ever gonna stay in Augusta.
The manager and the assistant manager are very nice! Courtney, the assistant manager is especially nice and very professional. The cleaning staff are very courteous. They are very kind and they are very professional. I will always stay here if I have to stay in Augusta again.

The people were fantastic—helpful, cheerful, and ready to answer questions. The building is showing its age. The kitchenette in my room had a leaky faucet and there was an obvious burn mark next to the back electric burner. The security door only latched on its own about half the time. Also, the free wifi is for basic service. If you want real wifi speed, you must pay for it.

My stay was just overnight . Had some maintenance work at home being done and didn't wanna be uncomfortable at home . My stay was pleasant . I was able to check out early being i had to work Saturday morning.
Someone please check room 227. The room a/c is leaking and the shower handle is loose and the water pressure is very low .

Good for guys on jobs, maybe?
Started with NO toilet paper. Trash can(s) not in room. A sheet was roughly 'thrown' on our bed...very thin & had holes, no blanket nor coverlet. Halls wreaked of smoke. People sat in halls on phone and smoking. Elevator is very slow. Didn't really feel safe. Parking spaces are way too close. Astounded there were excellent reviews; I was fooled.
There must have been a family above my room. I was on the 3rd floor room 325. There was screaming, jumping, sounded like the bed was being slide across the floor for HOURS! I stepped outside of my door to just see if anyone else could hear it, only to step in dog pee. I could not rest. The staff was great, they offered to move me to the 4th floor but I had already took the elevator to the 4th floor to try and see who was trying to come through the floor and it was louder. So I just checked out.
When I checked the bed was not made it had on the fitted sheet on it. The tub had visible dirt in it. The room smelled like mildew. I informed the staff and was given an aerosol spray for the smell. It was so bad it made me feel sick. So I left the hotel early the manager stated that she would refund me back for a night. When hotels.com called it was not honored. I later called and Christal stated that she processed the refund and Hotels.com stated they never got. The staff was responsive in communication.

My room was completely filthy and disgusting. From the entry door to the other four walls, the room was nasty! 1. Dirt and trash met me at the door. 2. The stove was dirty with remnants of the previous occupant's meals. 3. The counters were filled with cigarettes burns in a non-smoking room. 4. The entire room had dirt and trash on the floors. 5. The there was no blanket on the bed and the heater did not work. 6. The room was freezing. 7. The entire hotel was out of towels, sheets, pillows and blankets. I used my bookbag for a pillow and they found a sheet for me to put over the bed. (I was extremely concerned about bugs). I rested for 4 hours, not slept, I just rested my body laying on top of the sheet fully clothed. During my 4 hours i listened the residents run in and out the hallway and their rooms. 8. The floors were stsined with droplets and streaks of whatever the previous occupant left. This was worst than the Bates motel! I travel alot and have seen alot. This was my worst hotel yet! Oh, they said they were at capactity and this was the only room. Mind you my fee was over $100 for this trash. I have been catfished for real! The positive reviews and ratings are FALSE! I'm definitely awaiting my refund!
