Hotel is fine(ish) but let down by the staff. Room was freezing. Went to eat but they had a big party in so had to wait longer than originally told. So thought I'd have a drink at the bar, stood there for 10 minutes with nothing happening whilst the receptionist smiled at me every now and again. No attempt to find where the barman had disappeared to. Service in the restaurant a bit haphazard too. Showing my ago but left with the impression I'd just visited the Crossroads Motel.
