Charming, could use some updates.

Lovely old house and a beautiful setting. Excellent breakfast excellent service. Only negative was the plumbing was relatively poor. Could also have used a few more electric outlets to charge up all of our devices!

Excellent atmosphere, with an extremely friendly and attentive staff. The owner is very kind and hospitable. The room is charming, perfect for couples looking to enjoy a romantic moment or celebrate their honeymoon. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay at the historic Clone House! The room was beautiful and cozy. Felt welcomed by the staff and the breakfast was delicious. It ended up being a last minute booking as our previous booking canceled and this was our favorite stay in Ireland by far!

We had a wonderful stay at Clone House! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. It was relaxing being in the countryside. The breakfast was also delicious!

Lovely country hotel and location

Perfect location in the middle of the countryside, lovely rooms and service. Very pet friendly which was a real treat for us and our Retriever. We were able to work for a few hours during the day, and get our morning and evening walks in the gardens and wider countryside. Looking forward to the next trip back already.

Eclectic property in the middle of nowhere with beautiful grounds, and great accommodations. Room as spacious and clean with a great view of the gardens. Loved that there were no TVs. Great deck lounge chairs! Very nice breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place

Fantastic stay. we arrived late but Jeff was ready for us. Greatly appreciate everything about the hotel and the staff friendliness. We were able to see the beautiful grounds in the morning and it was fabulous. The breakfast was great and very good. Wish we had planned on being in this area longer as the place is worth the visit.

Clone House set in the most peaceful part of the forest was a pleasure to stay in. It was very clean and the room was beautiful. The gardens were absolutely stunning. We had a lovely two dsys there and would recommend it to get away from the norm

Absolutely peaceful, beautiful property and those Airedales just made our stay ten times more memorable. Svetlana and Jeff do a great job making you feel right at home in this gorgeous property. It is away from towns which is what we needed after three days in Dublin. BUT! Don’t let this fool you as we had the best meal at the Woodenbridge Hotel (8 min drive)… so you have options. Lovely place!

This historic property is in a beautiful setting but I would recommend driving to it via the town of Woodenbridge. Coming from the other direction is long and tedious. The owners were very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The plumbing needs some attention. The shower had little pressure and we could not get hot water from it and the sink faucets leaked.

This is a restored house out in the country, a very peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. The room was clean and bed comfortable. It is owned by a man from California who didn't introduce himself until the morning we were leaving. His wife showed us to our room with very minimal introduction. There was really no place to open a suitcase or store anything outside the suitcase in terms of shelves. There was a closet but it only had 2 or 3 hangers and again no place to put our things. So we ended up with our suitcases on the floor and trying to just get things out of there. There was a huge tub which took up the majority of the space in the bathroom so the shower and toilet areas were tiny. There was no shampoo or solid soap available. The breakfast was just ok. The fresh cooked omelet was good but the porridge tasted very stale and the fruit salad looked like it had been reused for a few days. For the price we paid (around $260 and after peak season), I felt it was very overpriced.
