The guy I spoke to for after hours check was difficult to understand. Our room was clean but the lobby and corridors were not very clean or well maintained. However it served our purpose.

GREAT service, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Located at the top of Hobson street and close to everything in the CBD. If you catch the train to this accommodation, it is located in-between both the Karanga-a-hape Station and Te Waihorotiu stations, thus, upon going into town I recommended getting off at K Rd station so you're walking downhill to the acom, and then on return home , catch the public transport from Te Waihorotiu station. This way you will be always walking downhill with luggage. Would 100 per cent stay again.

Nice large room with two large beds. For what we paid it was excellent value for money. Whilst the exterior facade of the property might look a little off-putting the room itself, amenities, price & location are excellent value for money in central Auckland

What do you mean by Good View? Is it to see tall buildings from your windows? There is no Drop off bay in front of the Hotel, something the Hotel can request from the Auckland City Council. Don't fool your hirers on the website. If the Hotel advises a particular room, then legitimate and correct photos should be attached to the deal, not a photo of another upgrade room. There is a lot of room for improvement, thanks.

少しだけ車の音やパトカーのサイレンが気になった。床のタイルが割れていて危なかった。ベッドは清潔だった。エアコンは快適。湯量や水温は快適。受付は清潔ではない。エレベーター、階段はメンテナンスが必要。短期の滞在ならこのくらいのサービスで良い。 ☆スカイタワーからまっすぐの場所にあるのでとても分かりやすい☆ 近くに美味しいベーグル屋さんがある！ 家族で一部屋に泊まれて安心した。
