"The staff was very professional and friendly. The hallways need to be cleaned (vacuumed) better. The front desk area when you enter the hotel smelled very moldy. This hotel had a lot of dogs ( some of them large). In spite of having quiet hours, we were woken up several times by barking dogs. This is a reality at this hotel and should be taken into account when staying here."

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck, and you had to be careful not to step on someone. The DJ was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation without moving to the far side of the pool. We ended up laying on the pool deck our towels and stayed for about 3 hours. I specifically stayed here for the pool because it looked so relaxing online. It was anything but that. Very dissapointing. The 4 stars were from the top notch restaurants and the poolside food and drink. "

"Over all a great stay. Small things like getting room with a balcony that I guess I should have asked, but assumed would be overlooking course or other amenities was there over looking parking lot and highway never would have expected so didn’t request my fault! "
