The staff was wonderful! I booked for a month here on different reservations and they helped me with arranging a room and cleaning when I needed. They are always helpful with helping me reserve parking too wonderful hotel

The place was a really cheap and good experience, they clean the rooms very well and it's in a quiet place with still plenty to do. Staff are very polite and so are the cleaning crew , front desk speaks English which is helpful. Only gripe I had was that I don't know if it's the air quality or the cleaning chemicals used in this place but everyday I stayed here I always had an extremely irritated throat. I actually did an experiment where after being out for a while I sat in the lobby and sure enough within 30 minutes or so my throat was irritated again so something is going on with air quality in this building.

Great place to stay! The only advice I have for others arriving by car: the "available parking" must be booked in advance. I had to park in a pay lot up the street because I was told the parking needed to be booked in advance.

客室は綺麗で、朝食も品数多くおいしかったです。 駐車場に予約ができておらず、教えていただいたコインパーキングは満車で１０分ほど歩いたところにやっと停められました。 他にもホテルの駐車場に予約ができていなくて断られていたお客さんがいたので、もっと分かりやすく予約が必要な記載をしていただけると良いと思います。(記載はあるのですが小さくて見落としてしまうため) 一階エントランスが芳香剤のにおいがきつすぎます。

汚くても平気な人は何とも思わないのかも知れませんが、きれい好きな人はやめておいたほうがいいホテルです。 とにかくお風呂が汚いです。 排水溝は詰まってお湯が溜まってくる！ お風呂に入ってきれいにしているのに、汚くなったようでスッキリしないので、部屋を変えてもらいましたが、変えてもらった部屋も陰毛がお風呂にこびりついていました。さすがに気持ち悪いのでまた変えてもらいましたが、こんなに汚いホテルは今までなかったです。 お風呂は全く掃除してないようです。 再度お風呂に入り直しましたが本当に時間の無駄でした。 変えてもらった部屋は見た目には綺麗そうでしたが、やっぱり掃除はできていないのか、浴槽の中がツルツルすべるので転けそうになり足を打って青タンです！ いつか転倒事故が起こるんじゃないでしょうか！ こんなことになっているのに同レベルの部屋への交換だけで、返金にも応じてくれませんでした。 寝る時間も削られたのに部屋に対してのお詫びもないなんてありえないです。 本当に時間の無駄でした。こんな不衛生なホテルにはもう2度と泊まりません。 同じマイステイズでも清水や松山のほうが遥かに綺麗です。 モーニングに関しても、清水や松山と比べると種類が少ないです。
