Room was clean, air condition worked fine, Paul was helpful to replace the room coffee maker with a new one as the one there was missing a carafe. Cleaning staff was happy and helpful. Albert was helpful for my last breakfast. The owner should place scenic posters to cover the plain plywood picture windows at the front facade to give the place charm and a better first appearance.

This should be an just average lodge or motel. Overall feeling is simplicity (aka cheap but clean), you can tell that the furnitures are worn everywhere and you can't help asking yourself - why would I stay at a place much worse than my own home? If the price is 40-60 dollars per night, I would be ok, but Expedia charged me about 140(?)!!!

The property itself needs some upkeep.The room was not terrible.Bed was comfortable. It is close to local chains and a grocery store. 15 Minutes to Ocean City Beach. So if you just want a place to sleep and be close to everything this is it.
