"The room was clean, the bed was nice and comfortable. Bathroom was decent. The staff was as nice and helpful as they could be. However, the room door had dead batteries, and we could not get in after two remakes of keys. The additional $45-$55 parking fee was a very unpleasant surprise. This should have been warned about very clearly on the website where I booked the room. I feel like I was tricked, and because of this, I will not stay at this place again."

"Our Ac was not working they came to repair left roof tile off with plumbing all out also our room was never cleaned we had to just catch the housekeeper and take them our trash we would give them our dirty towels I was charged for them but they all remained in room our last night they also double charged me for parking when I arrived a day later than I was supposed to the front desk said there was 2 charges for the same day but they’re different companies it was not it this time"

"Simultaneously historical and modern, accessible if you have mobility issues. The location is PERFECT and steps away from Jackson Square and Muriel's restaurant. And they have parking available for a fee. The staff were super helpful. This is my go-to place in the French Quarter; we can't wait to come back here!"

"Lovely and spacious room. Loved the residential suites, which gave me a bedroom, lovely living space, and full kitchen. More room than I knew what to do with. Best of all, the kind and highly accommodating staff went out of their way to help us when our flight was delayed 24 hours."
