Easy check in, desk staff was nice. Room was perfect and even had a small balcony, bfast had exactly what we needed. The linens were nice and tv was adequate. I don’t normally leave reviews but his process was easy and stress free so I’m pleased more than I usually am.

Room was dirty, specifically handprints on the walls and bed’s headboard, curtains dirty and in disrepair, and black mold in tub grouting. Hallways & elevator were filthy and beat up. The bed mattress was so bad it was lopsided and concave. Staff was accommodating and friendly, no problems there. Sorry, but the truth, I don’t like giving bad reviews.

We felt safe, it was quiet. No bugs. Heating/ air worked well. Hotel needs renovations badly. Could have been cleaner- there was trash left over from other guests on the floor and drawers. Fridge was very gross. Elevator did not work. There was a very strong smell of insense to cover up smoke smell.

Let’s see the hotel itself could use some renovations. The elevator had a funny old smell, trash was piled up soon as I got off the elevator, my room had a funny smell, shower wasn’t clean, could definitely use a paint job and fix the peeling wallpaper and or paint, exposed wires from the tv, blow dryer was hanging off and the fridge was outdated. Overall it was an experience. Only plus staff was nice and bed was ok. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is not well kept. Starting with the outside entrance there are wall sidings falling apart. Inside the room the bathtub was cracked, and the carpet was wet. The mattress is worn out, not very comfortable. it supposed to be a non-smoking facility, and the cigarette smell is terrible in the hallways. The staff is very courteous.

I stayed at this hotel for #3 nights. The location is great, easy access to 285, the staff was friendly and the room was pretty big, clean, and has a balcony and workstation. The hotel is dated, and needs a little TLC (renovation) however, but for the price, I was satisfied.

This hotel was absolutely nasty! Went up to the room and turned right around and left! Sink was cracked in half with caulking, big stain on the floor, curtains were filthy. Looked over the balcony overlooking the pool area, beer bottles inside the pool. Also the property seemed shady. Wasted $110! On a positive note, the man at check in was very friendly.

No laundry was available, the room wasnt up to code like the frig leaked water outside the frig and inside damaging food. The flooring was so dirty it stuck to your socks. The balcony door was poorly closed and wouldnt lock. The air coming through the door wasnt nice at all. The bathroom was unsanitary inhad to clean with ammonia and clorox the tub was cracking and it really didnt fit how it was supoose to and no stopper to take a bath. No cleaning services which advertised daily and laundry you dont get your towels washed daily.
