I’ve stayed here countless times for staycations! The location is perfect, rooms are clean, but one requirement is that we always have a club room. It’s worth it every time!! It beats Grand Hyatt and any other club room I’ve ever seen. Staff from check in and club level to departure is always kind and helpful.

The rooms were nice and clean, also very beautiful decor throughout the entire hotel! But the best thing about our stay was the staff! Staff were top tier, from valet, to front desk, the bar as well as housekeeping!

The pool and hot tub were clean with great service. Muhammad at the front desk was amazing and also pleasant service. The room was clean, well designed with a nice view. We were here for a daycation and it was all we expected and more.

I booked a room on the 21st club floor for the included breakfast that the front desk staff makes sound real fancy but I’m here to report it’s the same exact food just less crowded. Overall 3/5. The rooms are nice and clean.
