The hotel is in overall good condition and clean, which is appreciated. However, it could really use a renovation. The curtains, wall colors, and furniture feel very dark and outdated, which takes away from the comfort and atmosphere of the room. It would also be great to have smart TVs with access to streaming platforms like Netflix or YouTube, as this has become a standard expectation for many travelers. With some updates in design and technology, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable and modern experience.

Excellent service and clean

We are coming from another hotel which we decided to cancel due to cleanliness. Country Inn maybe “older” than the other hotels (no USB connections), but they certainly compensated for other things. Room is clean and beds very neatly made. Friendliness of the staff is also excellent…Carlos, you are awesome. Very accommodating and made our terrible experience with the other hotel much better. Would highly recommend for those who values cleanliness over our “modern” needs.

The property was nice and affordable. It also offered a nice breakfast buffet. However, the queen bed I had was horrible. It was very bumpy and very hard and very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great.

the hotel was great for the price. the location was ideal for me. room was comfortable. bathroom was clean and nice. my main purpose was to sleep and check email while I was on a business trip. it worked fine for me. I didn't really eat the breakfast there.

This property was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, the aircon unit in the room was very noisy, which meant I had to turn it off at night in order to get some sleep. I would class this hotel as good value for money.

Disgusted

One of the worst experiences. Staff was wonderful, place awful. I arrived around 930pm. Front desk and reception area decorated lovely for the holidays. The staff was very helpful and personable. When we got on the elevator it smelled of burning rubber. A little scary. When we got to our room it was very dated but appeared clean. However, our heat did not work. Being one of the coldest nights of the year, my daughter and I braved the elevator again lugging our suitcase back to the desk to request a a new room. Staff again was pleasant and provided a new room on the first floor( thank goodness) and even gave us an upgraded room. We opened the door and it was warm and toasty. We got our Jammie’s on and sat on one of the beds to watch the tv in front of it. When I went to the other bed, it was covered in some sort of wood chips and dirt along with black pubic hair. Wanting to vomit I went back and slept in my daughter’s bed as after driving 10 hours and changing rooms I was exhausted. Fast forward to the morning. Go to get a shower, more pubic hair. Disgusted we brushed our teeth and left about 630am!!
