When I got there they were out of the kitchen one bit they Accommodate me and gave me a cheaper price and a better room

Literally walked in, the front desk lady asked was I "my name" and gave me my key. Fastest check in i ever experienced. Was extremely surprised at how clean the room was based off the price. There were no bugs, especially roaches. Flat screen TV with numerous channels, free wifi, a full size refrigerator that looked brand new or extremely clean, microwave. The bed was even comfortable with clean linen. I didnt use the comforter, didn't smell as fresh as the linen. Only thing I didnt like was the room smelled like smoke from cigarettes initially. The side of the property I was on was quiet. Not much random traffic, as many people seem to stay there long term. I would stay again.

Not great but there.

The facility is gated and has security at night but I feel like they have a lot of long term residents. It was inexpensive and directly off of twenty. I didn't really feel safe but nothing happened so that is a Plus. The room looked like the picture but 20 years later...

The staff is very nice and considerate and very helpful appreciate the young lady after that give me our support and help even when I had faith and booked for a day two weeks later nonfoundable so I would totally be back

The room I had was fairly clean freshly remodeled outside all around the property was filthy trash laying in the bushes and flowered areas office closed on Sunday so to check out all I could do is leave my keys in the room having a security guard on staff and a keyed security gate was not a good sign to be honest if I hadn't reserved the room online upon pulling in the parking lot I would have continued on somewhere else the staff person that checked me in I was there at 6:30 I had to wait on him about 20 minutes before I could check in cuz he wasn't on the premises he was friendly as could be had no issues with me had no issues with anyone there but it was a very sketchy property very sketchy area and I was told by one of the security guards to be sure I get a room without carpet because the other room smell terrible I guess my room wasn't upgraded room and like I said the room was clean and freshly redone had no complaints there I even took pictures of the room to send to people cuz I was surprised just walking to the room though was depressing due to the cleanliness of the grounds for what it was I had no issues with my stay and it was fairly cheap

This place deserves 0 stars - the catfishing of the pictures on Expedia is actually diabolical and is completely deceiving for someone just looking for a comfortable place to lay their head for a quick trip.

Yes the room was very neglected I was there for two weeks I asked for clean towels was told it was not my day to receive clean linen after the first week told me I had to wait another day I went the entire stay with the same linen ask housekeeping for toilet paper was told that I had to go to the office to get it even though she had some on her cart which I pointed out and I was sent to the wrong location that wasn't even the address I put in drug addicts hung outside all hours just terrible the only reason I stayed because of how long I was told I would get my money back it was a rainy cold week didn't have no where else to go no more money I spent over $1,000
