Not great

Pool closed—not notified when I checked in. Really, I would not have booked without the pool! Sounded like it might have been an inspection issue as it looked fine. Disappointed grandsons. They needed to tell me upfront.

10 minutes within arriving we saw someone get stabbed and a person shooting up behind the building. The pool was closed and they told us there would be no breakfast. The manager gave us a complete refund and we went to another hotel.

Nice and convenient

The staff was courteous, the room and bathroom was clean, and the price was reasonable for the experience I received. The location was also convenient. There was a gas station and a Wendy’s next door and three buses ran by the hotel. Lyft service was also easy to access. I will be going back.

Ok hotwl

Outside perimeter is nice, it has 3 levels and not far from highway and fast food places. Check in was smooth but I got assigned a dirty room when I arrived. I complained to the front desk about it and they switched me to a cleaner room. Bed was comfortable and TV has a good cable selection.

Worse place I have ever stayed

It took a half an hour for someone to come to front desk. It took another half hour for someone to figure out I had a reservation there. The room was very filthy and smelled like old feces. When I got up in the morning the so called continental breakfast came from a coffee urn that was broken the so called pastries were wrapped in cellophane. There was no juice or anything else to eat. Due to the neighborhood it was in the staff had to change the Hotel keys everyday. We could not go to another hotel because it was Memorial day and all the hotels in area were full

Too expensive for what you get

Everything was unplugged so it was a challenge to find our way around until we figured it out. We got charged 90 for the only room left even though Expedia said we booked one for 55.

The first Hotel that I will not stay at again.

Well the first thing that was not right upon arrival I was told that I had two rooms booked when I only had one so I call the hotel head quarters and was told to call Expedia when I call I was informed that I did have one room. The receptionist was not very friendly And when we went to get in the pool it was not open and was told it would be open until july that was one reason for going to the hotel. So then I was told to just check-out sunday morning and get my money back for the next day so that messed up all my plans for my grandson's birthday party. So overall I will not Stay There again.

Workable but not good

The staff was friendly and the room was serviced ok, and it had all the features that were advertised, but it was a mediocre room. There was no weather stripping on the doors, and while the room was still comfortable enough in March, it let in a fair amount of outside noise. The pillows on the bed were the thinnest we've ever seen. The advertisement says free breakfast and free internet, both of which are true, but the internet signal was spotty, at least in our room, and the breakfast is very minimal. We've stayed in other rooms that had similar ratings (3.4/5 at the time we booked it) on Expedia and this one was a step down.
