Good for someone with a car who wants to explore area around Athens. Nice big parking. Breakfast was a little disappointing, no toaster, very basic. Room and washroom better than average in that price range.

The minimum provided and room as requested must say , plus modest breakfast included, and free planking indeed , so I was happy to pay the price. Just the pool wasn’t ready to use at all and we really hoped to enjoy it unfortunately - maybe because of early spring … otherwise not bad - thanks 🙏

The worst Hotel visited

No words to describe...very very bad..in every way. No service. we stayed 3 nights our rooms were never cleared. The room had so many wrongs..not even the curtains were straight broken and covered half the balcon door...breakfast was terrible...everything cold

This is a hostel not a hotel. It bears little resemblance to the pictures shown. If you want a bed to sleep in, then it is fine, but there are no frills here! No shower curtains, dirty floors, used glasses and rubbish in corridors. Breakfast was very basic, there is no working bar at the moment. The pool is unsafe and not being appropriately treated. The pool steps are loose, the tiles around the pool are also loose. Algae is growing around the walls, water levels are not topped up, there is plant debris floating and random chlorine tablets chucked in the bottom of the pool. Saving grace was the taverna across the road, which was excellent. Getting into Athens was difficult, we took a taxi for €25 each way.

Not 4 star and definitely no palace.

This is Definitely not a 4 star Hotel. The facilities are run down. Pool was dirty, full of leaves and un usable. Pool furniture was old and broken. It would have been nice to use pool during 35 degrees summer heat but we couldn't. Room was outdated and airconditioning had no remote to adjust temperature so we had to pull plug out of wall to switch off when going to bed. Mattress was old and dirty. Pillows were unssuportive and only one flat sheet supplied. No daily housekeeping and was told its every two days but it didnt happen even then. Hotel satff said you need to leave keys at reception so housekeeping is done every 2 days. Breakfast was also dissapounting as its not a full breakfast. Very basic cold breakfast some boiled eggs, bread but no toaster, slice of cheese, ham and no fruit.

When I made the booking was because two things in particular, the swimming pool and the gym, when we got there the swimming pool was dirty and the Receptionist said that the owner don't allow people in the gym, which was very weird and annoying. Also the misleading information, there was no "Daily housekeeping", we arrived on Monday 1 the May 2023 and the cleaning was made on Thursday after a lot of complains they cleaned the room and they justified themselves saying that the person does the cleaning every two days, even so the cleaning of our rooms was made after 4 days!! Also, they don't have room service, even though they say that they have available everything that it is on the menu, one night I called to ask for hot chocolate and they said that the only thing that they have from the menu was coffee. The breakfast was very dissapointing, it was coffee and some cereals, with bread, in their website said: "full breakfast". Another misleading information. At night it was very noisy, they have some kids staying, we asked the reception to tell them not to run or make a lot of noise after 11pm, but at 3am the kids were running and making a lot of noise. The Hotel is not 4 stars, for me is 1 and that is very generous, is not what is advertise for. We will never come back to this hotel.

Une honte cet hôtel !! Je ne le recommande a personne ! Passez votre chemin de toute urgence !!! J’y suis restée que quelques heures et heureusement, Tout est sale, pas de lumière dans les parties communes, tout est cassé même la rembarde d’escalier. Cet hôtel devrait fermer c’est une honte qu’il soit proposé sur des plateformes !

Bestellt waren Doppelbetten, bekommen haben wir zwei Einzelbetten. Schimmel im Bad. Keine Vorhänge vor den Fenstern. Kühlschränke die nicht funktionieren und auch nicht repariert oder ersetzt wurden. Offene Elektoleitungen. Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt da nur ein Schlüssel für jedes Zimmer vorhanden war. Selbst den Müll mussten wir selbst entsorgen. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaulich, das Rührei war immer flüssig und da es niemand gegessen hat wurde es nach vier Tagen nicht mehr angeboten. Es gab überhaupt kein Wechsel im Angebot. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit aber wenn das Management nicht möchte können die Angestellten nichts dafür.

Dormito per 4 notti il primo giorno che siamo arrivati diciamo tutto ok. quando siamo rientrati il pomeriggio successivo mancavano gli asciugamani e la stanza non era rifatta, piu che altro gli asciugamani e i bagnoschiuma. Sono andato in Reception e dopo varie lamentele sono riuscito a farmi dare due asciugamani per il viso, meno male che i bagnoschiuma li avevo. Stessa cosa è successo il giorno dopo,niente asciugamani e niente bagnoschiuma, e anche li il signore della reception è riuscito a rimediare ancora con due asciugamani per le mani. il giorno dopo gia dalla mattina mi sono raccomandato che la sera non succedesse di nuovo e cosi è successo. Non è possibile una cosa del genere.

Keine Weiterempfehlung für ein 4 Sterne Hotel

Ich weiß wirklich nicht wie das Hotel die 4 Sterne bekommen hat. Wir hatten ein 2er Zimmer gebucht und direkt schon an der Ankunft gab es im Zimmer nur ein Bade- und Handtuch. Zusätzlich fehlte auch ein Tuch was man vor der Badewanne auflegt. So mussten wir erstmal Bescheid geben um alles richtig zu bekommen. Das Zimmer an sich, sah im ersten Blick schön aus. ABER danach mussten wir feststellen, dass die Balkontür gar nicht zu ging und unsicher war. Was ich natürlich direkt gemeldet habe. Das sollte dann am nächsten morgen repariert werden, ist aber NIE geschehen. Zusätzlich schrauben an der Wand die rausgehangen haben. In den 6 Tagen wurde kein mal gereinigt. Erst nachdem wir mehrmals Bescheid gegeben haben, wurde am 5 Tag das Zimmer gereinigt. Wir mussten mehrmals nach Toilettenpapier nachfragen oder nach neuen Handtücher Set. Die Mülleimer mussten wir jeden Tag selbst leeren. An 3 Tagen mussten wir sogar kalt duschen, da der Tank der Anlage leer war und das keiner gemerkt hat. Die Zimmermädchen waren sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Man wurde komisch angeschaut und auch über einen gelästert. Beispiele dazu waren z.B. "Wo hat der das gesehen, dass man jeden Tag das Zimmer reinigt". Als Frühstück gab es auch jeden Tag das gleiche. Schlimm hier war z.B. die Wasserkanne mit dem heißen Wasser. Sobald man die geöffnet hab gab es im Wasser schwarze kleine Stückchen. Hmmm herrlich!! Leider reichen die restlichen Wörter nicht hier rein und ich muss an einer anderen Stelle weiter...

Aufpassen! Kein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Das war leider die schlimmste Erfahrung die ich je gemacht habe und muss hier eine Kurzfassung davon reinschreiben. In den wenigen Tagen wurde kein mal gereinigt im Zimmer oder Müll entsorgt. Ich musste das selbst machen. Das Hotel würde von mir persönlich eine Minus Bewertung erhalten. Die Zimmermädchen waren richtig frech und arrogant. Die Rezeptionmitarbeiter waren zum Glück "nett". Zumindest haben die jedes mal versucht zu helfen, soweit es ging. Man hatte aber das Gefühl, dass die auch keine Lust dazu hatten. Anscheinend interessiert es die Hotelmitarbeiter dort gar nicht, was es bedeutet einen Kunden zu gewinnen. Man wurde sogar doof angemacht, weil man nach Toilettenpapier nachgefragt hat. Richtig schrecklich. Auf gar keinen Fall zum weiterempfehlen. Zusätzlich gab es auch 2 Tage kein Warmwasser, weil das Gas von der Anlage leer war. So musste ich mit meiner Frau kalt duschen. Das beste hab ich für den Schluss gelassen. An einem Abend kurz nachdem wir das Zimmer betreten haben, musste wir feststellen das wir im Zimmer Besuch hatten. Der Besuch war eine Maus, was ich natürlich auch direkt dem Mitarbeiter am Empfang mitgeteilt habe!! Natürlich hat das auch keinen Interessiert. Es gab auch keine Stellungnahme. Oh ja bitte passt auf falls Ihr dort für eine Nacht hingeht. Das Hotel kennt wirklich nicht was Hygiene bedeutet!! Die restlichen Details kommen über die Google Rezensionen. Przez pierwsze 2 doby musiliśmy być zakwaterowani w pokoju niższej kategorii. Nie chodzi mi już o warunki ale o fakt że zapłaciłem za większy pokój. A oprócz tego śniadania tragiczne i czystość pozostawia dużo do życzenia… Według mojej opinii ten hotel zasługuje na max 2*

Nie wieder

Das Hotel war alt und in die Tage gekommen. Kein Zummerservice sowie kein Frühstück bekommen obwohl ich es gebucht hatte. Betten mussten wir selbst beziehen und Klopapier klauen. Handtücher gabs auch keine frischen.
