Very beautiful and modern decor inside the building. Comfortable bed and roomy accommodations. The locale is the opposite, but it didn’t appear to be dangerous in any way. Great stay overall!

Though the neighborhood doesn’t look pleasing due to old buildings. It was close to metro and dining areas. So my husband and friends very much enjoyed themselves!!!

I rented 2 apartments last week. Both were clean and matched the posted photos. One of the apartments had a functional air conditioning system. The second one did not. It was impossible to sleep well the first night in this apartment due to excessive heat. I reported this issue the day after. They said they would send someone to visit me. No one came to talk to me this day. The second night the air conditioning seemed to be working a bit better but not as well as the other apartment. Despite my attempts to reach out to the management staff, the response was ineffective. Even if something did get fixed partially on the second day, we still had to endure a whole first night of summer heat and this was absolutely unacceptable for the price that was paid for this booking.

The location was good to ride the Subway to different areas. The area was a little run down but there was little to no noise and the people in the area didnt bother us. I requested towels a week before my stay and they gave us towels for one day. I had to keep calling each day for towels. No one came and got our trash the entire stay, yet the 2 plates we used were washed and the towels we used we taken out. They didnt come in and sweep, the floor was dirty when I got there, which I also requested cleaning tools and supplies such as a broom and dust pan that I didn't get, so I wasnt able to sweep up hair or anything. They gave us trash bags and dish soap our second to last day. I stayed from the 10th-16th and they came 2 times, once because I called about the towels and once more. I paid extra for the room with the Hot Tub and there were so many 'rules' to using it. There was also so much Chlorine in it that our eyes were burning horribly, almost like it was done purposely for us not to be in it long! We didnt last 10 minutes in it. There were also LEECHES, EVERYWHERE outside on the patio, we fidnt even want to go back out. The room was small, the restroom is tiny and the shower is tinier, I literally hit my elbow the entire time. I would not pick this place if we were to come back to Greece honestly. We were not in my room all day because we were out exploring, but my time in the room was very uncomfortable.

Fantastic

I would totally recommend Lux and Easy to anyone visiting Athens. I stayed in both the Downtown apartments and Downtown Residences, located a stones throw from each other. Don’t let the location turn you off, it is perfectly fine and easy to get to the city centre via nearby metro station. The place was very clean, well stocked, modern, and very comfortable. Great value and very helpful staff who were just a text message away if we needed anything.
