Very nice, new and clean. Food was great with side selection of both meat fish and vegetable dishes. The foot spar was under maintenence but it was too hot to sit outside anyway. Nice place would definitely stay again as it's also located a few mins walk from sea and the newly revitalized shopping streets.

良い設備と特徴を持つホテルですが、オペレーションが追い付いていない気がします。チェックインは端末で行いますが、メンバー一人一人の名前を入力するため時間がかかります。そのため、チェックイン待ちが結構な時間発生しました。足湯やロビーでウェルカムドリンクのサービスがありましたが、私達は何も説明されることなく、利用する機会がありませんでした。 後は朝食について、会場受付にて利用まで8組待ちの状態で、スタッフから時間が読めないと言われ、会場前の待合スペースも他のご家族で埋まっていたため、ホテルの自室で待つことになりました。流石に朝食でこれはないかなと思いました。 オーシャンビューは一部の部屋だけで、ほとんどは古びた建物ビューですので、海を見ながら優雅なリゾート気分を味わいたい方は頑張って高層階を確保する必要があります。 ルーフテラスで無料でドリンクをいただけるなど良いサービスもあるし、朝食のブュッフェの味自体は非常に良かったので、もう少し失点の少ない運営ができるよう改善していってほしいと感じました。

足湯もあり、ベランダには海を眺められる椅子、テーブルがあり施設サービスはとても満足です。 朝食ビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。 温泉もすごく気持ちよかったのです。 残念だった点が2つ シャンプーリンスの設置は嬉しいのですが、使用後に髪のごわつきがひどかったです。 宿泊者としても気をつけなくてはいけないところかもしれないですが、エレベーターの入り口など広範囲での手垢がひどかったです。 それ以外は本当に大満足な滞在でした。 また利用したいです。

新しくオープンしたのもあって部屋も綺麗でスタッフのみなさんの対応も素晴らしかったです。 目を見て会話をしたり、笑顔で対応してくださったのでとても気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。 ただ、強いて言うとすれば、、、 書き物を置いてくださると嬉しいです。 帰る時にお礼のメッセージを書きたかった、、、！！ 素敵な部屋をありがとうございました。
