施設が新しいこともあり、清潔感に溢れ、どこも綺麗に整っている。花や植木などの緑も多く，落ち着いた中に、華やかさがある。 スタッフも手際良く、丁寧で、てきぱきと動いていた。イースト棟の5階だったが、海が目の前に広がり、遠くに熱海城が見えるなど、眺望も大変良かった。
