I am very sad that l have to give this hotel a bad review as it is new and still in construction, however it is should not be open for business as it has to many things that need to be fixed……..the staff however were great in trying to help with all the problems happened during our stay.

Love this hotel ! One of the best hotels in Samsun Turkey ! Everything about this hotel is excellent . New , spotless and just very clean, and comfortable with a great vibe. Large room was absolutely amazing , quiet, clean and modern with view of the sea. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, spa like shower , and large soft luxury towels. Best location within walking distance to the sea and located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods next to rows upon rows of restaurants and coffee shops. Minutes to the city centre . The staff was just lovely and very attentive. There was always a hello , a chat, have a nice day and they remembered our names . A special shout out to Metin and Onur who were so kind, so helpful, so respectful, and went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable . Everything about our stay was exceptional , it deserves 11/10 stars , thank you for your hospitality and baking us feel like home. Highly highly recommend and can’t wait to come back ! Thank you!

Oda küçük ama yeterince kullanışlıydı, sessiz ortam, çok temiz ve iyi bakılmış. Kahvaltı çok beğendim hem normal büfe var hemde sıcak omlet sipariş verebiliyorsun yanına. Bana tek garip gelen şey bu - sadece benim odama ait bir balkon vardı kocaman. Ama kapı yoktu (daha doğrusu tadilatta kapıyı duvarla kapatmışlar), kimse çıkamıyor yani. Bence bu kadar güzel körfez manzaları bir yer için olmaması lazımdı. İnatla pencereden çıkıyordum balkona :)) Diğer herşey çok düzgündü, öneririm.

Tüm çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgili bir şekilde görevlerini yerine getirdiler. Kahvaltı menüsü zengin ve lezzetli idi. Ancak kısa süre önce yenilenmiş olduğu söylenen otelde, oda yenilenmişken banyo çok eski kalmış ve temizliği yeterli değildi. Girişte 2 ayrı yatak istememize rağmen odamız tek yatak olarak ayarlanmıştı ve bunun sebebi acente satın alımı olduğu belirtildi yaklaşık 15 dakika bekletildikten sonra odamız düzeltildi. odadaki banyo gideri tıkalıydı, duştan çıktıktan 5 dakika sonra haznedeki su gidiyordu ve duş boyunca bileklerimize kadar suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık, el havlusu konulmamıştı. Oda duvarlarında kırık boşluklar, el yıkama yerinde çatlak lavabo ve genel olarak bakımsız bir banyo vardı. Nevresimler eski ve tüylenmişti, dolaplara konan battaniyeler nem kokuyordu oda genel olarak pis hissi verdiği için yataklarda minimum temasla uyuduk. Otopark yetersizdi. Çıkış saati 11.30 olarak resmi yazılı olarak belirtilmesine rağmen saat 11.06da arayarak çıkış saatinin 11.00 olduğu ve odadan hemen çıkmamız söylendi. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünmeyeceğim bir otel, Samsuna düzenli geliyorum tatil için ve kaldığım en kötü oteldi, diğer otellerle fiyatı aynı.
