Wonderful staff!

We reserved a room for my mother in law. After some initial confusion about the reservation that was not their fault, they treated her like royalty. They were quick to respond to all her needs and questions and prepared tea for her in the evening. Really nice people. I would highly recommend it.

Excelente relación precio/calidad

El hotel no queda en pleno centro pero esta muy cerca de avenidas que permiten acceder a cualquier sitio fácilmente. El personal muy amable y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La decoración es exquisita y muy calidad.

Not the place for a tourist.

I did not stay there as it was a house with rooms not a hotel and it was very far from anything of interest. It was locked down like a fort so coming and going was very difficult.

Albergo carino in zona tranquilla

Nel complesso molto bello, edificio di design tenuto molto bene, colazione tipica molto buona. Un pó decentrato ma in 10 minuti con i taxi (sempre reperibili e a buon prezzo) si raggiungono le zone più interessanti della città!

Segunda estancia en este pequeño hotel que se siente más como una casa que un hotel. Excelente servicio de principio a fin. Su personal muy atento y colaborador. La zona muy tranquila pero con buenas opciones para comer en la cercanía. Definitivamente seguiré volviendo.

Bom hotel

Bom hotel, localizado em bairro residencial tranquilo. Tem garagem e wi-fi nos quartos. Fiquei 2 dias, o pessoal da recepção são atenciosos. Café da manhã simples, comum nos outros países da américa do sul. O quarto é confortável e limpo.No banheiro poderia ter uma porta corrediça para isolar toda parte da divisória do banheiro com chuveiro, pois é tampada somente a metade e a água do chuveiro sai para fora molhando uma parte do banheiro. A limpeza para o segundo dia deixou a desejar, não sei se foi por esquecimento do pessoal da limpeza, mas não foi trocado as toalhas e não foi retirado a sujeira do ralo do chuveiro. Mas pedi a troca das toalhas e fizeram com boa vontade. Em geral, recomendado! Ótimo custo-benefício.

Excelente escolha. É um ótimo custo/benefício e o atendimento é muito bom. Os quartos são confortáveis e o café da manhã é simples, porém muito gostoso. O prédio possui uma bela arquitetura, com design diferenciado e capricho na apresentação dos detalhes. Ótima localização, fica entre o centro e os bares noturnos (Carmelitas). Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar na pousada.
