Very nice and comfortable place

Lovely staff, very attentive to our needs. Arturo at the front desk and the rest of the crew were excellent. The place looks the same as it shows on the photos. Very clean, mattress very comfortable, excellent location, close to everything and to the shopping mall Mariscal (5 minutes walking). Breakfast was good. We would love to stay here again.

It exceeded my expectations for the price, it was (mostly) very clean and service was amazing. There were a lot of tiny ants so keep belongings on drawers/ elevated.. spent a lot of time shaking ants off of shoes/ bags left on the ground. Other than that really great value/ great neighborhood/ great service

Quarto amplo e limpo. Alguns pequenos problemas no banheiro como saboneteira solta e prendedor de porta solto. Ar condicionado barulhento. Poderia ter mais opções no café da manhã.

Agradable lugar con un detalle

El lugar es bonito y acogedor. El personal muy amable y orientado al servicio. La habitación bien, limpia, bonita, cozy. El baño enorme y limpio. Lo único a considerar es que por la noche se oye todo: la pareja que acaba de llegar pasada de copas y riéndose, la puerta de entrada que rechina, la señora regañando al hijo. Falta aislamiento acústico. Fuera de ello, el rato bien.

La ubicación es muy cómoda para ir a sitios turísticos y restaurantes, queda en una zona muy segura además hay muchos servicios cerca (casas de cambio, farmacias, centros comerciales, supermercados, etc). La atención fue amable y el desayuno variado.
