Por poucas coisinhas poderia ser excelente

Hotel top, infelizmente pequenas coisas não deixa ser excelente. No banheiro os suporte de tua lua e sabonetes estão caindo. Não tem ducha higiênica. Não tem shampoo líquido, só um sabonete. Mais o resto é top mesmo

Não é a primeira vez que venho neste hotel, mas desta vez fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento. As 9 hrs da noite do dia que fiz check in reparei que não havia no quarto toalha de rosto e nem uma colcha ou coberto, acessei a recepção e pedi ambos, 20 minutos depois um rapaz veio ao meu quarto entregou " um proteto de colção com elastico" dizendo que era uma colcha e disse que não havia toalha de rosto no hotel...ABSURDO

Podia ser melhor

Hotel confortável e funcionários muito simpáticos. Achei um absurdo me cobrarem limão para colocar no copo para o meu refrigerante. Outro ponto negativo foi a limpeza, tive que mudar duas vezes de quarto, uma pelo fato do banheiro ter sangue no vaso e no outro o quarto estava sujo e com as paredes manchadas de mão e descascando. A roupa de cama também podia ser um pouco melhor. É um hotel bonito e confortável, mas na minha opinião não vale o preço que estão cobrando.

O mais caro é também o pior de Assis

Tampa do vaso sanitário não fica em pé, amendoim que deixam no quarto estava vencido. Custo benefício do restaurante é horrível, comida ruim.

Decepção total. Hotel + bonito mas do resto é ruim

Fomos bem atendidos pelos funcionários, mas claramente o hotel falta um bom gerente e treinamento para equipe. Fizemos o check in e saímos do hotel. Voltamos as 23 h e haviam 3 funcionários na porta do hotel falando alto e ainda com palavrões. Não pareciam funcionários de um hotel pela postura. Mas tudo bem seguimos adiante. Nos ajeitamos para dormir e havia uma musica alta, imaginei que era nos arredores do hotel porem o som vinha de dentro do hotel. No momento achei que poderia vir de um outro quarto, mas pasmem, o som era na cozinha com os funcionários limpando a cozinha e curtindo um baita som. Liguei na recepção e me disseram que iriam abaixar o volume porem não abaixaram. Neste caso fui até a cozinha e la estava uma verdadeira festa dos funcionários o que não vejo problema, mas por favor estamos em um hotel onde os hospedes necessitam de silencio absoluto a noite. Pedi para que abaixassem o volume, e assim o fizeram porem quando sai senti um certo desprezo e risadas após meu pedido. Confesso que voltei para o quarto bem decepcionado tendo que pedir para funcionários do hotel abaixem o volume de um som. Sem noção isso! Abaixaram mas não desligaram, no fundo ainda ouvíamos o som. No outro dia o café fechou com chave de ouro a decepção com o hotel. Sabe quando nada que vê da vontade de comer? O pão era velho e seco, os salgados velhos, fraquíssimo demais. O hotel mais caro de Assis esperava encontrar outro estilo de hotel mas pelo que vi estão cagando.
