The bar is 24hrs which I was pleasantly shocked by. Nina was super helpful - had a little issue with the TV & she came & fixed it no problem. Luna was also great on check in! "Great hotel in great location. Wecoming and effiecient staff. Good sized room (kingsize double) with comfy beds and large shower room. Loved the wash items - soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Really good buffet breakfast with great hot and cold selection and served for a long period of time to suit guests with leisure and work requirments. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when next in Hamburg."
