What a spectacular location right on the water. Staff could not have been more helpful. If you needed something you just had to ask. And great restaurants.
Price for what the property is not worth it.
The GYM need an improve in machine but before anything a better AC
The Michelin Restaurant was OUTSTANDING
We had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, personalized, and took care of all requests. The grounds are beautiful and the location was ideal, within walking distance of the coastal town of Baja Sardinia. We would definitely return.
Nice hotel with lovely breakfast but unfortunately we were overcharged twice in Spazio restaurant for our wine. Second time the sommelier was very rude and screwed up the incorrect bill in front of us in anger just because we had pointed out the error for a second time.
Very clean well equipped rooms and laguna pool area was very relaxing for adults but unfortunately we will not return to the hotel due to the dining issues.
Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!
DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Prices are outrageous and NOT worth it. we had reserved a rooftop terrace deluxe room. we arrived early, so they took us to the Cone Club (a long bumpy golf cart ride from the front desk) so we could have lunch. 45 euros for a caprese salad, drinks start at 25 euros their wine list is very limited. we have been to Sardinia several times and are very familiar with Italian and Sardinian wines. they were charging 95 euros for a $10 bottle of wine. our lunch of 2 caprese salads and two drinks cost 166 euros! when they finally took us to our room, they said they "upgraded" us to a suite that had a terrace that walked out to a grass (full of bugs) lawn. terrible location right on the path where all the golf carts (only way to access all of the rooms) zipped by all day, the restaurant was right above us. after 4 hours, they finally moved us to the rooftop terrace room we had reserved that had no one above us and an amazing view--why I reserved it and the only reason I chose this hotel! after we were there 2 days, they closed the Cone club (which is the only restaurant by the sea) and made no apologies. both pools have zero view of the sea. we wanted to play pickle ball but no one seemed to know where we could get paddles and balls. breakfast we waited 45 minutes for a capuccino; same for eggs and they arrived cold. every request seemed painfully awkward. 2 days they failed to replenish coffee pods in our room; hardly luxury experience we had imagined.
I liked the cleanness of the facilities, the good customer service of the staff and the great location. The dinning options were limited just with two restaurants which I think with the price that one pay for that Resort, I was expecting better dinning options.
It is a beautiful property! The staff couldn’t be better. From the time you check in until the time you leave they are on top of it, pleasant and very helpful. Also for all the people staying there is was very quiet and relaxing. We will go back again!
The most amazing stay on our honeymoon, words cannot express how blown away we were by the resort concierge staff and the resort amenities. Thank you so much. Restaurant staff & food was mediocre.
The hotel was stunning and staff were lovely—we were even upgraded to a beautiful Laguna room with direct pool access. However, we visited in mid-October and were disappointed to find most nearby places already closed for the season. The hotel had only one restaurant open with limited options and very high prices (€162 for two pizzas and a bottle of rosé). We tried exploring Baia (20 minute walk) and Porto Cervo (10 minute taxi, costing €40 each way), but both were mostly shut down. Even online listings showed places as open, which was misleading. By Day 4, we decided to rent a car, which was more cost-effective than taxis. We had room service once for lunch, but most days we relied on the nearby supermarket (about a 5-minute walk). They had fresh rolls, meats, and cheeses, which we brought back to our room.
It’s a real shame there wasn’t clearer communication about the seasonal closures. The area is stunning, and we would have loved to experience it at its best. Had we known, we definitely would have chosen a different time of year to visit!
Fridge was noisy buzzing all night long - so we couldn't sleep. We complained in the reception the next morning. They sent a technician who didn't fix it proberbly. So we just turned it off for the rest of our stay. Didn't have anything cold to drink then. We should've had a new room/ apartment insteed of this but we didn't want to complain anymore. But it should have been offered us, as it was a quiet expensive stay.
Music by pool was unnesseraly annoying and housekeeping round 21.00 (new towels) likewise.
We stayed a week at 7 Pines and all we have is great things to say! The moment you arrive to the moment you depart everything is taken care of, the attention to detail is impeccable, and the welcome is warm. Each and every staff we encountered was joyful and would greet you with a smile, you could tell how incredibly hard working and dedicated everyone is in creating a beautiful atmosphere for the guests. We went during off season and got lucky with a room upgrade. We loved the kitchenette in our room and balcony and appreciated the multiple cleans and touch ups throughout the day. The breakfasts every morning were fresh and delicious. The pool and facilities were beautiful, don’t be afraid of the temperature, once you’re in it’s refreshing. Hamza was great in finding us a great spot and sharing towels and water with us. We ventured off site for a few meals but honestly the hotel food was delicious, especially the pizza! The private beach was very convenient, maybe not the most beautiful on the island but it was nice to have the option. You’ll definitely need a car if you want to venture to nearby Porto Cervo, though it wasn’t as lively or interesting as we had hoped, perhaps because it was off season and quieter. There is a nearby resort town with restaurants, about a 6 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and plan to be back in the future, thank you to each person at 7Pines for making our stay relaxing and unforgettable!
