La propiedad y la experiencia es buena, la gente del staff, camaristas, y meseros, excelente, las recepcionistas son un poco corta tes y poco de ayuda, no son groseras, solo no son muy comunicativas.. en general todo muy bien, solo ese detalle de no ser de mucha ayuda ya que te dicen que checaran, pero no le dan seguimiento

La cabaña estaba muy bonita, Pero no cumplia con lo que había reservado, no tenía más camas Queen solo matrimoniales. Recomiendo ir con camioneta y tener cuidado ya que los caminos hacia las cabañas no son muy buenos, y hay muchos desniveles, rosaba en carro constantemente y son daños en los que no se hacen responsables. Las atracciones algo caro para lo que ofrecen

El hotel ya le hace falta una renovación la alberca está muy viejita al igual que el jacuzzi, mantienen muy bien el lobby como para dar buena impresión, le hace falta que le metan más , los accesos son complicados, para el precio te imaginas algo mucho mejor. Todo excelente; el servicio la cabaña hermosa con todos los servicios cocineta, asador, platos cubierto, de todo! así que pudimos disfrutar mucho, alberca deliciosa todo equipado para que no pases ningún problema
