The staff and the food were amazing. The entertainers (Los Hermanos de la Luz) were very good too. The pool was a bit weathered, but clean. The bed was too soft and there was too much light in the room, they could do with light-blocking curtains.

Personal muy amable y atento. Deben invertir más en la propiedad mejorar los climas de las habitaciones 2 no enfriaban y otros 3 enfriaban demasiado. La deal del wifi no llega a los cuartos deben poner un router para ampliar la señal . La TV tiene la señal nacional , no se puede ver Netflix u otra opción , ya no hay servicio de masajes , relajación que lo ofrecen en servicios y no hay . Solo la opción de meterse a la alberca o el temazcal . Y ya . El lugar es para relajarse pero le faltan muchas cosas . El domingo era un caos en el restaurante ya que les falto personal y nos tardaron como 2 hrs en servir el desayuno .

Es una propiedad muy bonita y tranquila, la alberca es de buen tamaño, el agua es fría pero grande. Estábamos esperando meternos a la poza, pero en ese momento la estaban lavando, es una pena que lo hagan en domingo. Íbamos de CDMX para meternos y nada 😂 pero es un hotel muy recomendable y bueno para descansar.

En internet busqué hoteles en Pinal de Amoles y sale Misión Concá, sin embargo está a 2 h. No verifiqué la ubicación y eso no fue nada conveniente para nuestro trayecto. Es un error que lo ubiquen así.

Comodo y accesible

Pertenezco a un grupo de motociclistas, que hemos tomado como base el Hotel, nos queda muy bien y es muy cómodo para nosotros, si no pongo que la estancia fue todo excelente, tiene que ver con la cava del hotel, creo que acabamos con ella, queríamos mas vino tinto y solo había dos botellas fuimos ahora un grupo de siete motociclistas, y bueno de ahí solo tengo eso de comentario que valdria la pena solucionaran.

Personal muy amable y ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar. Sólo podrían arreglar el aire acondicionado de algunas habitaciones…porque me tocó una habitación así, como sea, me asignaron a una habitación en donde el aire sí funcionaba. ¡Muchas gracias! Muy bien este alojamiento
