Hotel mit grossen Zimmern.

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt ideal gelegen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Wir haben aber den Eindruck, dass die Besitzer in den Unterhalt mehr investieren sollten, damit das Hotel schön bleibt. Dies betrifft die Sanitären Anlagen und auch besonders die Aussenfassade.

...leider lag das Zimmer im 1. Stock direkt an der Bahnschiene, deshalb habe ich trotz bequemem Bett sehr schlecht geschlafen und würde das nächste Mal ganz sicher kein Zimmer mehr "hinten raus" wollen...

Pour passer un bon moment de détente

Si tout s'est bien passé au niveau de l'accueil, du Spa qui reste la valeur sûre de cet hôtel, il est à noter que le petit déjeuner frise la correctionnelle surtout pour un quatre étoiles et La restauration est également à revoir J'ai personnellement vu la différence en trois ans.

Überraschend schönes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt am Dorfeingang, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Gondelbahn. Parkplätze hat es leider nur ganz wenige weshalb wir unser Auto 300 Meter entfernt ins Parkhaus stellen mussten (15 CHF pro Nacht). Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Auch das Frühstück ist fein. Einzig etwas zu bemängeln ist der Service. Der ist zwar sehr nett, aber etwas wenig hilfsbereit. Uns hat man gesagt man könne hinter dem Haus parkieren (die 8 Plätze waren aber besetzt), dann lösten wir eine Stunde um das Gepäck umzuladen (andere Hotelgäste haben eine Karte erhlaten um eine Stunde gratis zu parkieren), das Gepäck deponierten wir im Eingang da unser Zimmer, was auch korrekt ist, erst um 15.00 Uhr bezugsbereit waren. Als wir um 18.00 von den Pisten kamen, stand unser Gepäck immer noch im Eingang.

Great hotel but a difficult drive

We just used this hotel as an overnight stop over somewhere close to Chur so that we could go and do the Klettersteig near Flims the next day. The hotel is fine if not a little quirky. They offered us free passes up the cable car which unfortunately we couldn't take. The town is lovely but the drive is heart racing with lots of hair pin turns and narrow passes.

Gut gelegen

Soweit ganz gut, ausser dass es im Zimmer viel zu warm war!! Obwohl wir die Heizung ausgeschaltet hatten. Zudem ist es am Frühstücksbuffet viel zu eng. Man kann sich kaum bewegen. Die MA's waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

au coeur de la station

très bonne impression générale, car l'hôtel est idéalement situé, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une grande chambre d' angle avec vue sur le lac Obersee. 4 restaurants à thèmes, des commerces à proximité ainsi que les remontées pour le ski ou la promenade.
