This hotel is very bad. The staff are rude and racist. The hotel barely has functioning receptionist hours. It is very hard to get a room in this hotel even once you pay for the room. Stay away from this hotel. The staff is very rude and incompetent.

This is a very bad hotel. The staff are rude to guests. They randomly close the hotel for the maintenance with no warning and throw guests to the streets. They overbook the hotel and they tell the guests that too bad and tough luck for them. The staff do not know anything about good customer service.

Hay mucho vago por la zona, me parece en general un lugar medio inseguro. La recepcionista es respetuosa, pero atiende muy indiferente, considero que debería ser más amable o sonreir quizas. El lugar estaba limpio y con necesario; las luces entre pasillos tardan en encender. El precio esta acorde.
