Stunning property with a view that will take your breath away. We were two families of 4 and the adults took one room each and the 4 kids slept in the large third room. Close to all the wonderful river beaches. Stayed 8 days. Manuela a great host. Pool is fantastic and there is a separate BBQ poolside if that is your thing. The road is quite rough getting there so if you hire a car then err on the SUV side and give it a clean before you return it! Don’t trust the Google map directions near property. You’ll have a great time

Absolutely stunning view and beautiful location

This beautiful view is simply unique. In the morning the fog lifts in the mountains and in the evening you can enjoy the sunset in a hanging chair. In between you can go on excursions, explore many cozy villages and hiking trails or simply enjoy the huge private saltwater pool and jacuzzi. The house is very modern, extremely clean and huge. It has all the amenities one could wish for. The garden has also been laid out with a lot of love and taste. The hostess Manuela is very welcoming and accommodating and sweetened our first vacation in Portugal. The way to the house is a bit rough, so you should choose an appropriate car. We will keep this holiday week in the best memory and hope to come back one day.

Fantastic property, host and location!

Loved our two week stay here. Beautiful property, decorated to a very high spec with breathtaking views you can never tire of. Incredibly clean and worked really well for our family of 6. Our children loved the pool and jacuzzi / indoor swimming pool. Gardens are stunning and and our host Manuella was superb - friendly and attentive. We will definitely return one day

Simply Stunning property, most lovely host imaginable. If you are thinking of booking, just do it!

What a beautiful house, spotlessly clean, cleaner than most hotels. Stunning views from the terraces, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you could possibly need was there, from cooking appliances, crockery, pots, pans, so many useful things like blenders etc. Too many to list!, Pure perfection in all areas to lounge inside and out on 2 levels, your own personal swimming pool. And the Jacuzzi, oh my, what a treat- the perfect way to end the day with views all across the mountains. Heavenly. Lovely bedrooms and all areas very stylishly designed. But Manuela, the host is amazing. So helpful and kind, beyond what you would expect. I had a minor injury in Coja and Manuela organized a private doctor for me within half an hour, offered to take me and did all the translation so that I got the care I needed. A real gem of a property and a diamond of a host. It is just a 10 minute drive to Coja, with restaurants and bars, small shops etc. If you are thinking about booking, do yourself a massive favour and book it. You won't be disappointed.
