"Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious. Free water! The best breakfast buffet- well worth the money. Easy transport to the airport. Make sure to check the times of the airport shuttle though. I left before 6am and it was not available."
