Great hotel in the center of Arequipa! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was great! The staff was outstanding! Everyone that I interacted with knew some English, and was eager to help with anything from recommendations of activities and restaurants to a corkscrew and glasses so we could enjoy a bottle of wine in the courtyard after a day out on the town. And the rates were very reasonable for what you get!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s very clean and safe, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The design of the hotel is very unique and authentic. Front desk was very helpful with all our needs. The location of the hotel is superb, walkable distance to the heart of Arequipa. I can’t be more grateful for the experience my partner and I had during our stay. Thank you for being so welcoming and friendly to us!

An oasis in the middle of city center!

We loves staying here. The presidential suite was amazing with all the amenities. The staff went above and beyond with serivices. The whole city had water crisis for 3 days but they made sure the guests had water to shower. They even prepared to go breakfast when we had an early departure. And the breakfast was so gourmet. I would definitely recommend staying here

Great customer service! They held our bags while we went on Cola Canyon overnight hike. Had them ready in our room when we returned. Great location in pedestrian section of historic district. Made a breakfast to go for our early tour departure. Highly recommend!

Great hotel.

Wonderful place in a great location. Very walkable. We did request 3 doubles. And we got 3 rooms with 3 beds each. Would’ve liked the extra space instead but it works! Staff spoke English fantastic. They were very helpful too.

Great service and well equiped hotel

The staff were very helpfull tomatsauce my daughter who was very sick on arrival. Made sure she Got hot tea with plenty og sugar and a coke. Also sent for an english speaking daughter upon request. Beds very confortsble with bedsheets and pilles like home.

Very cool colonial style building with updated rooms. Nice breakfast included. Very clean. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Only complaints are that it is you can hear all the noise from the hallways and bathrooms back up to another bathroom with a wall and window so that you hear everything that is happening in the adjoining bathroom.

Hotel bom, bem localizado. Cama boa, box do chuveiro muito apertado e com cortina. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, na minha primeira diária tinha buffet e na outra era a la carte, porém só podia escolher um único item para comer - achei péssimo isso levando em conta o preço da diária. Isolamento acústico péssimo, dava para escutar muito barulho vindo do corredor. Na rua que o hotel se localiza não passam carros.
