Disliked: Staff & service
We flew into Arequipa and went straight to the hotel that we reserved online at Expedia. When we got there they said they didn't have our reservation and didn't have any rooms. This happened twice when trying to stay in Arequipa so double check that the hotel has you booked. There were no other hotels in the area so we went back to the airport and hopped a flight out. 1 hour in Arequipa we spent $500.
