Remodeled house with 78 private acres including a private lake. Perfect for family gatherings. Bunk room, king and queen beds. Enjoy the outdoors - wildlife, fire pit & BBQ. 1.5 miles of private trails on property. 5 min to Lake Murray State Park - hiking, golf & water sports. Fenced in tard around house for pets. Large tornado shelter. Wifi recently upgraded to 200 Mbps. Enjoy the outdoors - 1.5 mile trail around property, fishing at lake, outdoor fire pit, covered outdoor deck with large gas BBQ. The perfect property for family vacations and weekend gatherings. Private use of 78 acres including the lake. Hiking, fishing, dog walking, outdoor games, see wildlife - deer / wild turkeys / birds of prey. Full use of the house including 2 bedrooms and 1 bunk room (4 beds and 1 roll out bed). Remodeled open plan kitchen, dining room and living area. Available by phone at any time. Front gate combination and key pad for entry on house front door. 30 minutes to Turner Falls Park and Arbuckle Wilderness Wildlife Park. Car highly recommended. Conveniently 90 minutes from Dallas / Fort Worth and 90 minutes from Oklahoma City. 10 minutes from Ardmore. 2 miles to I-35. There is a lot of wildlife to see on the property as the east side of the property borders Lake Murray State Park. This provides a great opportunity to enjoy nature but please be careful with children and small dogs. We recommend not leaving pets unattended outside. No hunting permitted on the property.

Ive lost count on how many times I have stayed here and reviewed this place. It continues to be a solid time away from home without having to travel too far! Its the perfect place if you just want to "be" near nature and relax, unwind! The place continues to get renovated to create a better experience for their guests!

This place is amazing. It was our 2nd stay. It is sooo close to Lake Murray, Fireside Restaurant, and the good course… but the best part is the onsite pond. We caught about a dozen bass (one 4 pounder) right off their covered dock. They keep the property mowed very low so no signs of snakes despite the country life. So secluded and peaceful. Perfect.

Very relaxing! Loved looking for the turkeys, deer, coyotes, and geese every morning. View of the lake was serene. Fished, but didn’t catch anything. Walked the trails. House was very clean and comfortable.

The property/land is great, love the large acreage and the seclusion. The layout of the home is perfect. Love the large porch and beautiful view. Great place to get away yet still be close to town for any necessities or make a day trip to the lake.

Amazing, spacious and beautiful!

I had a great time with my family and friends, pets have plenty of room to roam. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable and clean. The house was cozy and welcoming. Great House/Property

Some dads and kids stayed here for a local baseball tournament. The house is great and the land and pond were awesome! We loved it and just wish it didn’t rain all weekend so we could fish longer (and play baseball).

Family Lake Retreat

Great place for a family retreat minutes from lake Murray. We had all our grown kids and grandkids with us and had a terrific time. Large beautiful property with a small lake that we enjoyed fishing and putting our kayaks on. House was very nicely remodeled and everything worked well. Plenty of room for parking our pontoon and waverunner trailers.

Loved the pond and outdoor scenery. The interior remodel was very nice. However, there were 2 bunk beds that were not made and 2 other sheets that were not cleaned.
